Following is an example of an event that was imported today.
Facebook shows Saturday, December 6at 11:00am – 11:00pm in EST
    (https://www.facebook.com/events/603030349826640/?ref_dashboard_filter=upcoming)
    But results show: December 6 @ 12PM – End December 7 @ 12AM
    (http://portal.brasileirinho.com/evento/ii-edicao-do-bazar-da-rita/)
This is not the first time it happens and I always edit the imported events but I decided to report it this time in an effort to put an end to the problem.
    Please revert.

    Hello veruska,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I apologize for the issues you’re facing while using our plugin. Hopefully we can get this sorted out for your quickly.

To start, is the difference always 1 hour? If so, it could be due to a timezone difference between what is set in your WordPress install and what is used for Facebook. Are these different between your site and what’s used for Facebook?

    Thanks!

As I said, that Facebook event showed Start 11:00AM while my site showed Start 12PM. Therefore, the difference is more than 1 hour.

It was an IMPORTED Event from Facebook to my site.

I just imported another Facebook Event which showed start @ 7PM
    (https://www.facebook.com/events/354375974741482/)
but when it showed in my site, the time was changed to start @ 3PM

    Hello veruska,

Thanks for following up with us!

The timezone difference is the usual culprit in this scenario but it sounds like the differences you’re seeing are quite sporadic. The next step would be to follow the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a plugin or theme conflict that is causing the issue.

Let me know if that turns up anything different.

    Thanks!
