    Hey!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I’m not sure if I’m following your request completely but hopefully this will be the information you’re needing.

When buying a license, it can be applied to a multisite install and the license can be used to update the files on that install no matter how many sites within the network are utilizing the plugin.

This will apply to all of our plugins and the pricing for each can be found on our website.

You will also have access to support via our forums if you run into any issues when using our plugins.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Thomas,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately I’m not aware of a simple way of moving user from one event to another other than doing it manually. If you would like, you can suggest a functionality to allow for easy administration of something like this within the dashboard on our UserVoice page.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Rich!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Is there a link to the site that we can check out the issue and view the source to help us diagnose / propose a solution for this issue?

    Thanks!

    Hey!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You can fix this issue by following our Themer’s Guide to copy the tickets.php file into your theme and modifying the default value for the quantity field. You can do this by replacing the “input_value” from 0 to 1 on line 50.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey Paolo,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I took a look at your site and it noticed the full-width issue that you mention. I took a look at the markup and noticed that the “col-md-8” class is being added to the main column that contains the calendar. It also looks like there is additional content added that I don’t see in the snippet provided above. Do you potentially have another full-width page template or a child theme with this template overwritten?

I also noticed the border issue on the widget. You can fix this by adding the following to your theme’s stylesheet:

    body .tribe-mini-calendar {
    margin-left: 0;
    }

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You’re right, this is definitely something that has been in demand and on our radar for a while. We tentatively have a fix coming for this issue in the next release. Barring any issues with development, compatibility or our QA process, we expect to have a fix available within our next release.

That’s awesome you’re willing to show the solution you’ve found! You can send the information to support[at]theeventscalendar.com while referencing this ticket. I know others have submitted some patches in the past that work, however they were things we weren’t able to implement due to other plugin feature conflicts and backwards compatibility issues.

    Thanks!

    Hey!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

This isn’t something that is available by default within the plugin but could possibly be accomplished with some custom development. To set the expectations properly for something like this though, within our pro support for this we would probably be limited, unless someone has performed this customization themselves in the past, to providing a general direction as well as the necessary meta keys for implementing this type of feature using an existing sharing plugin.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hey alex,

Awesome! I’m glad we were able to get that resolved.

You’re right, I initially did a translation and it showed “maps” for me as well which was definitely a little confusing. Our translation files are community driven. If you would like, you could contribute changes to the German translation using the information in this post https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/translations-getting-started/.

I’ll go ahead and close this ticket. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.

    Thanks!

    Hey!

Awesome, I’m glad that worked for ya!

Also, thanks for repasting that snippet. I didn’t notice that my original post lost the code block when pasting.

    Hey!

    Thanks for providing that information.

It looks like you upgraded to the latest version of the plugin from version 3.1? I’ll have to check with our team tomorrow to see if there are some potential settings stored in the database from older versions that could be playing a role in this issue.

    Thanks!

    Hey alex,

    Thanks for providing that information.

It looks like you were able to get the issue resolved? I logged in and went to add a new event and was able to see the additional information when clicking to add an additional ticket (https://cloudup.com/c0hYn-zI7b6).

Are you still unable to see the information?

    Thanks!

    Hey!

Thanks for following up with us!

I’m not positive I’m following all of the concerns from your message. However, based on the additional information needed per ticket and how these questions affect price, I know our plugin won’t supply those features out of the box and will need to be completely relied upon within WooCommerce.

A solution for what you’re looking for could be accomplished but it would require customization in multiple areas that far exceed what we’re able to provide here within the forums.

I’m sorry I was able to give you a direct response. I think your current solution may be the best option without additional customization.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!
