ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
This definitely sounds like a frustrating issue to be having and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. To start, can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures completely by taking your site back to a completely “vanilla” WordPress install with all additional plugins deactivated and a default WordPress theme installed to see if the issue persists then? If it doesn’t, you can reactivate the plugins one by one to find out where the conflict is occurring.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Lisa (as well as all others on this thread 🙂 ),
You can update those untranslated strings that you’ve mentioned on our translation site at http://translations.theeventscalendar.com.
We are looking into a way to increase the quality and consistency of our translations by seeking volunteers from the community to act as overseers of certain translations. If you are interested in being a point person to help review changes to language files, we would be happy to compensate with coupons and discount codes for free copies of our products.
Let me know if anyone on this thread would be interested.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for verifying this!
This is definitely some strange behavior going on here. I’ll have to do some further testing on our end to see if I can recreate the issue you’re noticing. In the meantime, can you verify that you’ve followed the Testing for Conflicts procedures completely to this point?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Edward,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can add the month to that section by following our Themer’s Guide to copy the pro > widgets > modules > single-event.php file into your theme and adding an additional span (https://cloudup.com/cb7Qajam3S9) to include the date. You can copy one of the lines from the above image and modify the date format element to the month format that you would like (M, m).
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Anne,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The recurring events feature is only available with our PRO plugin. There isn’t an additional free plugin that can be utilized to get that feature added to our calendar.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to currently have a single license used for both a live and testing environment. For testing, you could download the latest version of the plugin from your account here and upload it directly to your staging environment.
Alternatively, depending on how your staging site gets deployed to your live environment, you could switch the license to the staging environment and have all automatic updates handled there. Then you could just deploy directly from the staging environment to the live environment.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Manuela,
Ah! It looks like your website should be “www.dmg-online.de”? If so, our system is getting confused because it originally saved with the “-” stripped from the domain. You’ll need to deactivate the current license on your account and then reactivate your site with your license key.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for following up and providing the additional information.
So it doesn’t sound like my initial thoughts apply here. The next thing I would check would be to ensure that both the Events Calendar plugin and the Eventbrite Tickets plugin are both activated on your network at the same place. Preferably they would both be activated network wide. You may get a warning about license in this case but it should not impact the actually functioning of the plugin.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Birgit,
Would you mind opening a new ticket with this question, it is a different issue than the original post and we request that each issue get it’s own thread so we’re able to address each user directly and fully.
Thanks!
