ParticipantHey Karly,
Thanks for following up here. A couple of questions:
- How were the pending events created? I’ve tested by adding events from other Admins within the dashboard as well as setting the Community Events settings for new events to “Pending” and adding on the front end via an anonymous visitor. I was able to see the Pending list for while logged in as the default admin and using Adanced Post Manager.
- Are you able to see the “Pending” events within the main events list within the dashboard?
- Does the pending list show the events with APM plugin deactivated?
Thanks!
Josh

ParticipantHey Ruben,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
To help in diagnosing, can you temporarily enable WP_Debug on your site and see if any more details about the issue get logged and display?
This will help us in diagnosing what may be happening on your site here.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Aleix,
Very strange there.
Have you tried disabling the other plugins. There could potentially be an applied filter on “tribe_events_single_event_time_formatted” somewhere or there could be an issue that is causing the start and end date from being pulled in the details template causing the time there to be empty.
Also, as a diagnostic step if you have a development or staging location, you could replace the src > views > modules > meta > details.php file with the following:
https://gist.github.com/BeardedGinger/3401119f1fd6bade2c33
and see if that outputs the information above the details block on your single template.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I took a look at your site and definitely see the issue you’re describing. Very odd that nothing is getting loaded into the body of the page. As an initial step, have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with an existing plugin or theme?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Ian,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
As it stands right now, you would need to create a new event for each day and have the ticket sold for each day.
A possible workaround would be to add the tickets using just Tickets core and Tickets Plus plugins. With Tickets, you have the option to add tickets to any post type. You could then:
- add the ticket options to your pages
- Create a new page for your event
- Add new tickets specific to each day on that page(General Admission – Day One, General Admission – Day Two, etc. )
- Users would then be presented with a single ticket box on that page with the option to buy as many tickets as they would like for each day.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
January 28, 2016 at 2:38 pm in reply to: Split Payments + Other Gateway = checkout confusion #1064041Josh
ParticipantHey Sara,
You’re right, this is definitely a confusing display for the checkout with both of the PayPal options displaying.
I’ve created an internal ticket for this to see if there is an option or route that we could take to make this clearer. I’ve added this thread to that ticket and you’ll be notified here as we make progress or a decision on what the best approach should be for addressing this issue.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Sara,
I’m terribly sorry about my confusion here. I didn’t realize this was about Community Tickets and assumed the split payments you were referring to were part of a third-party add-on for WooCommerce.
I’ve done some testing here with the sandbox and have verified this issue that you’re describing here. I’ve logged an internal bug ticket for tracking this and have added this thread to that ticket. You’ll be notified here as we make progress on this one.
I apologize again for my confusion as well as the inconvenience that I’m sure this issue is causing. If you have any further questions or concerns about the process, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Martin,
No problem.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Osmundo,
Also, as a thank you for your patience, I’ve gone ahead and refunded your purchase and manually re-activated your license so you’ll still have full access to updates and support for the plugin.
I didn’t want my delays in being able to support you here to limit your options for a refund (30 day limit) if these issues weren’t able to be resolved on your site.
Thanks!
