Split Payments + Other Gateway = checkout confusion

    I have split payments for community, but then we can setup another gateway, lets say paypal, for all other non-community events.

    The result?
    Both paypal options on the customer checkout page:

    This really shouldn’t be happening should it? I mean, a community ticket should know to only use the split-payments paypal gateway and no other gateway, right?

    What will happen on non-community event tickets I wonder?

    Please advise, thank you.

    Hey Sara,

    This should also be taken up in the WooCommerce support. Our plugin doesn’t have any impact on the checkout process which is fully managed through WooCommerce and the associated gateway plugins.

    Hey Sara,

    You’re right, this is definitely a confusing display for the checkout with both of the PayPal options displaying.

    I’ve created an internal ticket for this to see if there is an option or route that we could take to make this clearer. I’ve added this thread to that ticket and you’ll be notified here as we make progress or a decision on what the best approach should be for addressing this issue.
