The hour is not displayed

Hello,
there are some events that don’t display the hour of the event. The hour is shown below the event title but it doesn’t appear on the box below (it says Hour: and the field is empty).

I took a look at your first screenshot but wasn’t able get clarity on the issue you’re describing with that one screenshot since it appears to be displaying as expected. Do you mind opening up the sharing on the other two screenshots? I’m currently unable to see them due to the sharing settings on the files.

Hey Aleix,

Thanks for following up here with access to the additional screenshots!

As an initial step, could you try switching to a default WordPress theme? There could potentially be some custom code in your theme calling the time that may be outdated or improperly formatted.

Let me know if this reveals anything about this particular issue.

Hey Aleix,

Very strange there.

Have you tried disabling the other plugins. There could potentially be an applied filter on “tribe_events_single_event_time_formatted” somewhere or there could be an issue that is causing the start and end date from being pulled in the details template causing the time there to be empty.

Also, as a diagnostic step if you have a development or staging location, you could replace the src > views > modules > meta > details.php file with the following:

and see if that outputs the information above the details block on your single template.
