ParticipantSorry, I just saw the version but I still need a copy to test with…

ParticipantHi Laura,
Thanks but no, that’s not what I needed. I asked what version of Headway you are running and can you please send us a copy to test things with?

ParticipantHey @technicallysimple,
I can take a look now but I can’t guarantee how much longer I’ll be able to take a look…

ParticipantHi yvrmark,
1. I’ll need you to make calendar view available in order to see what’s going on there.
2. Sorry I can’t offer anything else with this.
3. Yes, I understand things were working well with the previous version and it is undesirable that they are not working the same way in the new version. We do our best to try and work out all the bugs and have had a beta available for testing for months now, but ultimately it is your responsibility to maintain your website and properly run updates/upgrades to ensure that all the functionality you want is still there. I still need you to try deactivating all other plugins because I’m not sure what else could be causing this and I don’t have this issue on my end so it’s either related to your other plugins, your theme or your server.

JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Matt,
Yes, I need version 3 in place to be able to see what’s going on. Please set it for me so I can take a look.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantSounds good Cynthia, let us know if there’s anything else you need.

ParticipantHi lara,
Sorry to hear about this. Please try first deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict. If that doesn’t help, try increasing the amount of PHP memory allocated via one of the following methods: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/
Let me know how that goes.

ParticipantHI janpp,
Sorry to hear about the issues. Do you have any customizations to the plugin in place? Try removing those first… If that doesn’t help, try deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict. Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi guys,
Sorry about the issues. @photodb, it looks like you might have cleared things up? Or am I wrong?
@technicallysimple – do you have a link you can share so I can check out what you’ve got going on? It’s likely you’re going to need to make some CSS adjustments. We changed a lot in this version and things look and work different throughout the plugin.Jonah
ParticipantHi Debbie,
Please try deactivating all other plugins to see if this helps. Something is interfering with being able to click on those options. I can click into the menu and then use my keyboard arrows to select an option, so there is something else in your site that is sitting on top (via z-index) and preventing clicking the options…
@David, please also try the same thing. I would need to see a link of your site though to know for sure if this is the same issue.I hope that helps!
Regards,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Cynthia,
That plugin was written by one of our support personel but is not supported by us here and support is “as is” via the wordpress.org forum. You’ll have to go through there for any issues you are running in to with that plugin.
Did you need help with anything else?

ParticipantSounds good Flavia, glad you got things worked out. I’m closing this out 🙂

ParticipantHi Matt,
Ok. Can you please privately post your wp-admin credentials here so I can login and take a look at some things?
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Amy,
I’m not sure why the main calendar is not displaying for you. Please try changing the template option in Events > Settings > Display to see if that helps. If it doesn’t, try deactivating all other plugins to see if there is another plugin conflicting with ours. Try those things first and let me know what happens.
It looks like you can still call the widget anywhere in your theme. It’s just that the widget name has changed so you need to use this instead:
the_widget('TribeEventsMiniCalendarWidget');

ParticipantHi Adam,
I’m still not seeing the issue here. It looks like all the events are ordered correct to me. Yes you have evening events that are listed first, but they start earlier than anything else which is what’s putting them in the earlier time slots. Am I missing something? Can you provide some more specific examples if I am?
Thanks,
