ParticipantHello, I’m experiencing several issues after the upgrade.
First, the calendar disappeared and I solved it by specifying z-index to 2 on several div classes.
Next, the calendar shows no events on monthly view, single event view or upcoming events. When I click on a date, it shows nothing even though there is an event and ticket there. If I go back to the previous page, the calendar reloads and displays the events correctly. It’s the same with other views.

ParticipantLike on this page:
http://praguetourinfo.blebliblu.com/tickets/category/prague-all-inclusive-tour/
when I click Previous Events and then go back to Next Events, it loads but it never loads the info for the first time:((July 4, 2013 at 4:31 pm #53359Neill
MemberHi Janpp
Thanks for your info. I can see the issue on my end also. The first thing I’d have you do is try deactivating all your plugins and see if any of them are causing a conflict. I’d also try reverting back to to 2012 default WP theme and see if the issue still occurs in that environment.
Send us a quick message when thats done and let us know the results. That way we’ll be able to dig a little deeper.
Thanks

ParticipantHI janpp,
Sorry to hear about the issues. Do you have any customizations to the plugin in place? Try removing those first… If that doesn’t help, try deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict. Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

ParticipantThank you both very much for the reply. I deactivated all plugins except Events Calendar/Pro, WooCommerce and WooTickets, and the calendar is showing the events correctly! I turned on the other plugins one by one, and it turns out the conflict is with “polylang”.
What’s strange is that on the above link, if I go to “previous events” and back to “next events”, the list shows correctly. So, the first time all events are getting filtered out (by language?) but the second time they’re not…?July 5, 2013 at 9:25 am #53451janpp
ParticipantI see that the behavior is the same on category/monthly/upcoming views. At first they don’t show any events, but with prev/next actions, the events show up. I wonder how that relates to polylang…

ParticipantHi janpp,
I’m not sure but unfortunately we cannot guarantee or assist with making all plugins compatible with ours. You’ll need to play around with things or hire someone to help you sort that out. Good luck!

ParticipantI solved it by going to settings for polylang, and activating languages for custom post type: Events. Now the calendar/upcoming events are displaying on first view. Thank you so much for the help!!
