This is what I am getting

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/sunny/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/lib/tribe-event-query.class.php on line 591

Have got a very sad listing working but not what I want. I can’t use month view or any other view.

    Hi lara,

Sorry to hear about this. Please try first deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict. If that doesn’t help, try increasing the amount of PHP memory allocated via one of the following methods: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/

Let me know how that goes.

    Regards,
    Jonah

None of that fixes it. I can only use the default event page template or nothing shows. Just words with no links. Only one per page

    Hi lara,

In some cases the default events template is all that will work with your theme. So are you saying this works for you?

I have been paying for your events calendar pro and community bit for almost a year now and it’s been working the way I want all that time. For it to suddenly not work with my theme, I am sorry but that isn’t good enough. Why would it suddenly stop working?

    Hi lara,

There are many reasons why it may have stopped working but it’s hard to know what if we don’t do a little troubleshooting. If you provide me wp-admin access here privately, I can take a closer look and try to see what’s going on. Can you please provide me that and do I have permission to deactivate all other plugins and/or switch the theme? I’ll put everything back the way it was.

    Thanks,
    Jonah

I am sorry I have been advised against giving out my admin password. Is there another way?

    Hi lara,

Unfortunately no, there is no other way unless you want to email the login information. You can email to pro [at] tri [dot] be and attn. to me and reference this thread.

    Thanks,
    Jonah
