KeymasterHi Kim,
Unfortunately we do not offer phone support at this time. I’d love to continue helping you here however.
I’m not quite clear on your question. Just to clarify, would you like to add RSVP functionality through the Eventbrite email?
You can also purchase the Eventbrite Tickets plugin, which can add your Eventbrite events to your site and bridge the gap between the two.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that this process has been confusing for you.
I see that you have share capacity selected for your ticket. Is there another ticket that you have listed that is sharing the capacity?
Do you see this issue occur if you create a fresh ticket? Also, do you only see this issue occur when refunding or cancelling an order?
In the meantime, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic as well!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ryan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
One thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit. You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
You can also alter the ticket stock on the Edit Event page, where you edit your ticket.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Robert,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins and see if that helps to resolve your issue?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Katherine,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Do you see this same issue when you switch to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?
In the meantime, you can try switching around the page templates and stylesheets that you are using and see if that helps:

KeymasterHi Jane,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kim,

You can use the third-party plugin User Switching to switch to the user (or create a user and then switch to the front-end for that user) and enter information for them.
Let me know if this helps!

KeymasterHi Tamara,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately there is no waitlist feature for our plugins.
You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:
https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6095921-add-waitlist-capability
Included in this Feature Request is also a partial solution that may be able to assist you in making that functionality work on your site by using the free Event Tickets plugin RSVP function as a waitlist.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kim,

As a first troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try running through the steps outlined in the following article:

Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Bryan,

You can add the start time to the event title in Month View using the following snippet:
