ModeratorHi Scott 🙂
Welcome to the forums!
Unfortunately, theme support extends beyond the reach we’re able to provide through the support forums. I wish I was able to help more, but with all the potential theme conflicts, my hands are tied :-/
I just did a little research and there isn’t much information in regards to your theme and our plugins, and I personally don’t have any experience with your theme, so again, I’m not sure there is much we can do.
If you do have any other questions relative to the behavior/functionality of our plugins, please feel free to open a new thread and I wish you the best of luck getting our plugins and your theme to play nicely (you can do it!)
March 2, 2016 at 6:12 pm in reply to: Can't see title of first event in List View when using X Theme #1084657Hunter
ModeratorHello and welcome to the forums 🙂
Theme customizations are unfortunately outside the scope we’re able to provide via the support forums. I recommend reading through our Themer’s Guide as it sounds like you have a theme conflict going on.
Another idea I have would be to open “Inspect” by right-clicking on your mouse while visiting the page you’re experiencing issues on. You can see any conflicts that may be interrupting the first event title from being displayed.
I hope this info helps and best of luck narrowing down the culprit! Have a good week and thanks for choosing PRO 🙂

ModeratorHey Kandace,
Thanks for the patience on your end while I did more research. I regret to inform you that we don’t have any logged bugs and there doesn’t seem to be an influx of users experiencing the problem you’re describing.
I wish I was able to provide more support; but without being able to reproduce the issue and without it being a known issue, there is really not much I can do :-/
My best guess is that you have a theme and/or plugin conflict in play. One other recommendation I have would be to try a fresh WP install with only our plugins and see if you’re able to reproduce the issue.
Again, best of luck with narrowing down the conflict and keep me informed on your status. Have a good week 🙂

ModeratorHey Paul,
Thanks for the informative post. It sounds like you’re right on – I believe you’re experiencing the bug we’ve got logged. We are working on a more precise way to track stock of tickets across Event Tickets and WooCommerce, so stay tuned for any potential remedy.
We look forward to hearing back about your findings as we are tracking this thread. Thank you again for keeping us updated and keep an eye out in your WP admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for a fix.
Have a good week!

ModeratorHello again 🙂
Glad to hear you got it working and we’re ecstatic you’re pleased with our support! I’ll go ahead and close this thread out, but please open a new one if you have any more questions. Have a great week and thank you for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHi Paul,
Thanks for the post 🙂
We are currently aware of the issue you describe and have plans to update how the ticket quantity reflects the actual number of tickets available.
I did a test transaction and one way I discovered strange behavior similar to what you described was by doing a manual transaction. I kept “Pending Payment” as the order status and hit “Save Order”. The ticket stock decreased by one on the front end even though a transaction had not actually taken place.
With that said, I’ve added this forum thread to our logged bug so the developers can reference it when working towards a solution. Stay tuned to your WP admin and theeventscalendar.com/blog for a potential fix.
Again, thank you for the post and the patience while we work towards a resolution. Have a good week and thanks for choosing PRO 🙂

ModeratorHello and thanks for the post,
Sorry to hear about the iCal Importer troubles. Let’s see if we can get this addressed 🙂
Just to be clear; the event taking place on March 24th titled “Elementary Fine Arts Night” is scheduled to start at 6:00pm and end at 8:30pm, but the start/end times that actually get imported are 10:00pm-11:59, correct?
Respond back whenever you get a chance. I’ll start on some testing and do a little research on the matter. Again, thank you for the post and I look forward to resolving the issue! Have a great day!

ModeratorHey Sara,
We are unfortunately unable to email you, but go ahead and reply back on the forum thread you’ve got going with George. Try to avoid sharing a URL as it seems to be getting caught up in our spam filter.
I’m going to close this thread out. Sorry about the inconvenience and have a good day 🙂

ModeratorHey Nermin,
Glad to hear you’ve located the issue. A few places you might be able to insert custom CSS would be:
- style.css file in your theme folder (through FTP)
- Look for a place to add custom CSS if your author included theme options.
Hopefully this gets you pointed in the right direction and best of luck with the customizations. Have a good one!

ModeratorHey Casey,
As previously stated, theme support unfortunately extends beyond the scope I’m able to provide through the support forums. There are just too many themes out there, it would be impossible for us to provide support for all of them.
You may want to try contacting your theme author to see if they have any insight on the issues you’re experiencing. I truly apologize I’m not able to provide more assistance and thank you for your understanding.
Have a good week and best of luck with the customizations 🙂

ModeratorHello Marion,
I unfortunately cannot give you a concrete date as we do not have one ourselves. I understand how frustrating dealing with bugs can be, but I assure you we are working towards a solution and it more than likely be will included in the next release (again, no promises, but we are taking this issue seriously).
Thanks again for understanding and hold tight for an update notice in your WP admin dashboard. Have a good one Marion!

ModeratorHey Phil,
Welcome back to the forums 🙂
I’m sure there are many ways to go about achieving what you describe, but the way I would approach it would most likely by running an SQL query (back up your database!) or by adding a snippet into my theme’s functions.php file. Take a look at the WP Codex Update Post Meta documentation on how to update post meta.
I hope this information helps and best of luck!

ModeratorHey Marion,
My weekend is going splendid – thank you for the wishes 🙂
I did some more investigating and a bug was recently logged with similarities to your issue, so I’ve included this forum thread in the bug ticket for the developers to read through.
I can’t give you an exact time on when this will be resolved, but stay tuned to your WP admin for updates and theeventscalendar.com/blog.
Thanks for being patient and so helpful while we work on a solution. Have a great week and thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHey Susan,
I am also a visual learner. I think we have a sense about each other 😉
Glad to hear you’re on the right track and please feel free to open a new thread should you have any more questions.
Have a good remainder of your weekend and thank you for choosing PRO… our customers are the best!
February 28, 2016 at 2:54 pm in reply to: Can't show image on Total Theme (Visual Composer) #1083119Hunter
ModeratorHey Santiago,
Glad to hear the Photo view is showing as desired.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a built-in way for you to display all your events as they appear on your main events page. Depending on your technical capabilities, you may be able to achieve what you describe by doing a template override as outlined in our Themer’s Guide.
I wish I had a better solution, but one more idea I have would be to add this as a feature in our UserVoice Feature Ideas.
Thanks for understanding and have a good one!
