Events Calendar Pro conflict with the Meks VOICE theme

Hi, I’m using the Meks VOICE theme with The Events Calendar Pro plugin. Meks tech support says that the plugin has a conflict with the Voice theme, making it so I cannot force which post displays first in my home page slider. Any workarounds you can provide to help me to get past this? If not, oh well, but I though you might want to know.

Unfortunately, theme support extends beyond the reach we’re able to provide through the support forums. I wish I was able to help more, but with all the potential theme conflicts, my hands are tied :-/

I just did a little research and there isn’t much information in regards to your theme and our plugins, and I personally don’t have any experience with your theme, so again, I’m not sure there is much we can do.

If you do have any other questions relative to the behavior/functionality of our plugins, please feel free to open a new thread and I wish you the best of luck getting our plugins and your theme to play nicely (you can do it!)
