    Hey Corey,

    Welcome back to the forums 🙂

    In response to you questions…

    1) Does the issue still occur when reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all other plugins besides ours as outlined in the Testing for conflicts guide?

    2) We’ve got a KB article geared toward doing exactly what you describe right here. Let me know if it helps!

    3) The functionality you describe is not available out of the box with our plugins, but I can see the merit in it. I’d recommend visiting our UserVoice Feature Ideas and see if it’s been added. If so, upvote it! If not, feel free to add it.

    In regards to your follow up response, I’ll go do a bit of testing and report back with my findings once you get back to me. Thanks for reaching out and I look forward to getting this all good to go with you!

    Hello and thanks for the screenshots 🙂

    Can you now provide me the step-by-step process when adding an event and trying to add it to Eventbrite? Thanks again for the helpful screenshots and I look forward to getting this all figured out with you!

    Hello and welcome back,

    Thanks for the patience while I’ve looked more into your response. I understand your frustration and also what you’re trying to accomplish. Unfortunately, if you have 232 separate events with 2 different ticket types, our current setup doesn’t allow for a global stock for all recurring events nor the ability to edit individual end ticket sales time.

    These are definitely an idea worth mentioning via our UserVoice Feature Ideas if they haven’t be submitted already.

    I truly do apologize we don’t offer the functionality you need and if you can’t seem to get everything working, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If that’s the route you need to take, you can get the process started by visiting our Contact page and we’d be happy to help you out.

    Best of luck and thanks for the patience and understanding.

    Susan,

    After a bit more investigating, would you mind adding the following CSS snippet to your theme’s style.css and let me know if it works:

    .tribe-events-list.tribe-events-photo #tribe-events-photo-events {
    opacity: 1;
    }

    Keep me updated and enjoy the remainder of your day.

    Hello and sorry to hear about the issue,

    Can you please send your System Information as a private reply? I’d be happy to take a look and see if anything looks out of the ordinary.

    Additionally, can you confirm you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts to ensure you’re not working with a theme and/or plugin conflict?

    Thank you for choosing PRO and have a good week.

    Welcome back Patrick,

    If possible can you send me over the step-by-step process you’re doing from beginning to end? Include screenshots if you’re able to. Let me know and we’ll go from there. Enjoy the remainder of your weekend.

    Welcome back Joey,

    You will need to revert back to the default theme to confirm you’re working with a theme conflict. I wish I had a more solid answer for you but with the plugin working correctly on my testing environment, I’m confident you’re dealing with a theme and/or conflict which extends beyond the scope of support we’re able to provide.

    Best of luck identifying and resolving the conflict and sorry I can’t do more. Enjoy the remainder of your weekend.

    Welcome back Tamara,

    Unfortunately, the first step to resolving the problem is identifying the conflict. The only way to do that is by reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all other plugins as outlined in our Testing for conflicts. Additionally, theme conflicts extend beyond the scope of support we’re able to provide.

    I wish I had an easier solution but my hands are tied on this one. Good luck tracking down the conflict and enjoy the remainder of your weekend.

    Welcome back,

    Thanks for sharing the System Information with me. Do you have the ability to test on a local environment (not live server) to see if you’re able to replicate the issue?

    I’ve brought this thread to the attention of my fellow support team members to see if they have any insight to the issue. Reply back with your findings if possible and I’ll keep you updated as well.

    Thanks and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

    Patrick,

    Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear about the issue. I’d be happy to help you out.

    Can you revisit your Events > Settings > Add-Ons APIs and hit the Get Authorization button to confirm you’re connected properly? Additionally, if you haven’t already, review our Eventbrite Tickets Knowledbase section for initial setup and troubleshooting information.

    Let me know if you’re able to successfully sync everything and we’ll go from there. Thanks for choosing PRO and have a lovely weekend!

    Hello and welcome back,

    We do have a logged bug regarding the sticky feature not functioning as designed. I’ve added this forum thread to the bug report for the developers to reference while working towards a resolution. Thanks for hanging tight while we get this fixed and have a great weekend!

    Hey Sean,

    First off, thanks for choosing PRO for your calendar needs! We love seeing new faces around here 🙂

    After some testing and research, the way recurring events handles tickets is broken down like this:

    When creating a series of recurring events, tickets are basically “global” – meaning when you try and edit a single event’s ticket information, it will break the event from the recurring series completely. So beware of that.

    When adding tickets to recurring events, you can see the option below the Ticket section End Sale date picker on when to stop selling tickets for this series of events. If you leave it blank, tickets will be available from now until the event ends.

    Also, you keep saying March 31st, but the dates of your events are April 1st-May 1st. If you can clarify the dates a bit better, I can fully address your question if I haven’t already.

    Thanks again for choosing PRO and enjoy your weekend.
