ParticipantI have the widget set up but the days of the event are not showing No Dot no different Color indicating an event on the day required. When I click one of the dates that I know there is an event on, it does open up the event for me . Just no indication what so ever that there is actually an event on that day.
Also, the map calendar views the events do not show on the map and the page just has a spinner at the bottom showing loading. I only have 3 events showing per page setup and still spinning.
Any help on this issue would be appreciated. I just bought the pro version yesterday and am running version events-calendar-pro.4.1.1
To View the issue I have included site URL the website is still being built but the calendar widget can be seen on main home page.
Thanks

ModeratorHey Joey,
Welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear about the troubles; I’d be happy to help you out 🙂
From the sound of it, I would guess you’re experiencing a theme and/or plugin conflict. Can you please review our Testing for conflicts to see if that’s the case?
Let me know how it goes and we’ll take it from there. Enjoy your weekend and thank you so much for choosing PRO!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
I tried plugins and that is not an issue, The template may be but the template I am using the Avada Template that has the free version of your plugin installed into it, Then I bought the full version. If that helps. Thanks again

ModeratorWelcome back Joey,
You will need to revert back to the default theme to confirm you’re working with a theme conflict. I wish I had a more solid answer for you but with the plugin working correctly on my testing environment, I’m confident you’re dealing with a theme and/or conflict which extends beyond the scope of support we’re able to provide.
Best of luck identifying and resolving the conflict and sorry I can’t do more. Enjoy the remainder of your weekend.
