    Hey @Manuela,

I’m really sorry to hear about this. I can create events on that date fine and there are no other reports of this problem, so I think something is going wrong specifically with your site.

With that in mind then, can you share your “System Information” with us? Here’s how β†’ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

Also, do any errors pop up on your site if you head to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    to this:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

That will display PHP errors if any exist, which might be quite useful here.

    Thank you!

Yes, you need the free core plugin “Event Tickets” installed and activated. This is the core plugin – Event Tickets Plus is an add-on for Event Tickets, much like Events Calendar Pro is an add-on to The Events Calendar.

    I hope this helps!

I’ll close up this thread for now – best of luck with your project.

Awesome Robert. Part one down! πŸ™‚

Once imported, I would recommend trying to activate Events Calendar Pro again. If errors arise, come back and open a new thread about them.

You MIGHT have an option in Events > Settings in your wp-admin to regenerate Recurrence Information – if you see this in your admin, use it and that should help with things. πŸ™‚

For now I will close up this thread – best of luck with your project!

    Cheers,
    George

Nice! Glad to hear this, @Anthony.

I’m really sorry about how long it took to get here, but am glad that things work now.

What those two lines of code did, it seems to me, was move the ticket form somewhere else on the page, although it is pretty outdated code so it might not be necessary at all for your site anymore…

In either case: best of luck with your project! πŸ™‚

    Cheers,

This notice unfortunately is a bug that we are working on a fix for.

What is happening is that our field now only accepts integer values, not strings. So if you enter just plain integers like 15, 120, 0, 1, etc., this error should not appear.

But if you have a string like “Free” or “Pay at door”, then this error will appear.

We are fixing this! Strings will be allowed eventually again. But that’s what this bug is for now. πŸ™

I’m really sorry about the inconveniences arising from this. Please let me know if this information is helpful at all for now, and if you have any more thoughts on this matter.

    Sincerely,
    George

    Hey @Kevin,

These filters work exactly the same now as they have in previous releases:

    tribe_events_register_venue_type_args

    tribe_events_register_organizer_type_args

Just to be 100% clear, do you mean that if you do nothing but disable your customization that adds the exclude_from_search argument, your issues here are resolved?

    Hey Robert,

For number 2 I definitely mean to just deactivate the PRO plugin. Do NOT deactivate The Events Calendar – just Events Calendar Pro.

    Then try performing the import.

Let me know how it goes!

    PS

You mention not wanting to deactivate Events Calendar Pro for concern of lack of post types and such. Just for reference, The Events Calendar is the “core” plugin, where event post types are defined and venues, organizers, and taxonomies too.

Events Calendar Pro, Community Events, our ticketing plugins, and any other plugin we sell is just an add-on to those core features from The Events Calendar πŸ™‚

Just thought it might be helpful to share some of this info!

There is not a shortcode for the Photo View, unfortunately.

As for your other questions, yes, you would have to code things into Revolution Slider if you want to modify Revolution Slider. Yes, you can call data directly from Meta fields. And no, I unfortunately do not know of another plugin at this time that does exactly what you are asking.

    Thanks,
    George
