Event Tickets not working

    It says – “To begin using Event Tickets Plus, please install and activate the latest version of Event Tickets.” but when I click to update to latest version, it says you already have the latest version.

    So even though Event Tickets Plus plugin is active, when I create new event no options to add tickets for an event. Please help.

    To be clear, do you have the free core plugin, Event Tickets, installed and activated on your site? You can get that here → http://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets

    I purchased Event Tickets plus and installed it. Do I need to install ‘Event tickets’ to get the event ticket plus working?

    Yes, you need the free core plugin “Event Tickets” installed and activated. This is the core plugin – Event Tickets Plus is an add-on for Event Tickets, much like Events Calendar Pro is an add-on to The Events Calendar.

    Im having similar problem here, i have all three plugins installed:

    1) The Events Calendar
    2) Event Tickets
    3) Event Tickets Plus

    however when i add a new event there are no options for me to add tickets…

    Sorry to hear you are having issues like the original poster in this thread. I’m happy to help.

    What I would recommend here is that you share your “system information”, as described in this knowledgebase article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    However, since this thread is so old, would you mind opening a new thread of your own and starting it out with a recap of this issue, and then just post your system information there?

    This may seem trivial, but it’s best for me to close up this old thread of @Nethaji’s and attend to your issues in your own thread.

    I’ll close up this thread and keep my eyes out for your new one – and remember to post your system information in it, as this will help me understand your site environment which may be a factor here.
