MemberHey there John,
Based on what I am seeing your code seems legit.
Would you mind doing the following:
- Ask your client to test this in a private browser window
- Get the exact version of your client’s OS (Windows, Mac, etc.)
- Get the exact version of the Chrome browser your client is using
As a side note, you can test browser versions with https://www.browserling.com/

I would love to help you with this topic.I believe the person was referring to the following plugin being broken: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/removing-export-links-event-views/
The good news is that you can still remove the buttons in a couple of ways:
- Create a custom view (without the button) using a template override. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
- Use CSS to hide the buttons
- Using a code snippet.
You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/b8f0bb5fc2b8510c6ad4f0b60fcf3fb9
But first to be extra safe, before making any changes to your functions.php file, you should make a backup of that file.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend is to head over to Events -> Settings -> Display.
Try using the Complete Styles under the stylesheet options to see if that helps. In order to gain full power on your site’s look and feel, I would highly recommend reading the following articles:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/

Let me know how that goes.

MemberHello again Luis,
It seems that this is indeed another duplicate of https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/title-not-showing-events-it-is-showing-archive/
Therefore I will close this one too and continue to help you there.
As a side note, we recommend not opening multiple tickets when you have a specific issue.Opening multiple tickets for the same issue actually slows down our response time which I am pretty sure is not what you are after 🙂

MemberGood evening Richard and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I am pretty sure you can accomplish what you are looking for, but it will require a bit of work on your end as this is not a built-in feature of our plugins.
First off, you will need to make sure that your members all have a specific WordPress role.
This can be achieved by using a third-party WordPress plugins such as members: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/Once that is done, you could take 2 approaches:
- Hide a ticket unless a member is logged-in using a plugin such as https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-role-based-product-hiding/16902144
- Put in place a role-based discount using a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-role-based-price/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

February 13, 2018 at 3:04 pm in reply to: Theme Title is showing Archive not Events, Calendar Events, ect. #1452322Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Luis and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the “Archives” title creeping up on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing that I would recommend is to try different settings for Events Template under Events -> Settings -> Display to see if that helps.
If that does not work, you might want to try one the following KB article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/calendar-page-shows-event-title/
What is probably going on is that your theme (most likely through header.php) is returning “Archives” for all WordPress archives. Adding a little conditional in there for Tribe Events Archives should fix things.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. These informations are set within WooCommerce https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/
Basically, you need to set the store details.
As for that skipping over that specific tab, I would recommend reaching out to your theme developer as this implementation is very specific to your WordPress theme.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening afternoon David and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the browser tab showing a single event’s name.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
With that in mind, this sounds like it is theme-related.
Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue remains ?If my theory is correct, you should be able to fix this using the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/calendar-page-shows-event-title/
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. There are a couple of ways to achieve this:
- Try different settings for Events Template under Events -> Settings -> Display to see if that helps
- You could always add a sidebar call to your single-event.php view file by creating a custom view template override. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Let me know how that goes.
