    Hi there, Philip! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. We hope you’re enjoying the plugin so far. 🙂

    Good question. Yes, tickets are registered as products in WooCommerce. In fact, if you head over to the Products tab in WordPress, you will see all of your tickets.

    By default, tickets are not displayed in the Product Catalog on the front end of the site. However, you can change that by heading to Products in the Admin Menu and finding your ticket product. Then, open up the editor and look for the Publish box, like the image below and click Edit next to Catalog Visibility. Change the setting to Catalog to show on the Shop pages.  Click Ok, then Update and check the shop page and your Tickets should now be showing there.

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Good question. I would imagine it would be possible, but it would take quite a bit of work and would get very complex very quickly. That said, here’s a direct link to the documentation for all our plugins, which would be a great starting point for anyone digging in.

    Thanks again for reaching out and I hope this helps! I’m going to go ahead and close this thread, but please feel free to hit us up with a new thread if any other questions pop up. We’d be happy to help. 🙂

    Cheers,

    Hey there, Matthew! Thanks for getting in touch. 🙂

    That’s an awesome question. Unfortunately, there is no way for Community Events submissions to include the ticket functionality out of the box.

    That said, allowing the Community Events add-on to integrate more deeply with our Tickets add-ons is something that’s been suggested on our UserVoice page. If you have a moment, I’d encourage you to add your vote. I can definitely see how the interaction between those add-ons would be a powerful combination. 🙂

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hey there, Erin! Thanks for following up.

    By default, the iCal feed will always correspond to the view you are in. For example, if you are in Month view, then the link will correspond to the current month at is being viewed.

    If you want to add another button next to the existing one, then you can certainly do that with some customization of the Month view template. You can create a theme override of the template and add the Month view iCal link and the List view link together:

    • Month feed:  [your-site]/events/?ical=1&tribe_display=month
    • List feed: [your-site]/events/?ical=1&tribe_display=list

    Unfortunately, that level of customization is outside the scope of what we can provide here in the forums. However, here are some materials you might want to check out:

    I’m sorry I don’t have a concrete solution to offer, but this should help get you started.

    Hi there, Kyle! Nice to see you again, but sorry you’re hitting some more issues…let’s see if we can knock this out together. 🙂

    Right off the bat, I see this error pop up in the console when I inspect your site:

    The page at ‘https://carw.com/event-page/holiday-pary/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but ran insecure content from ‘http://www.eventbrite.com/tickets-external?eid=13975201203&ref=etckt&v=2’: this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

    In fact, I see a number of error messages in the console just like it saying that other resources are being blocked as well, such as fonts.

    The issue is that the the content is being served from “http” instead of “https” which is something our plugin should be doing. I’ve opened a ticket to fix this on our end in an upcoming release. In the meantime, try adding this snippet to your functions.php file to force the URL to https:

    add_filter( 'tribe_template_factory_debug', 'eb_https_iframe_support' );
    function eb_https_iframe_support( $html ) {
    $iframe_url = 'http://www.eventbrite.com/';
    $iframe_ssl = 'https://www.eventbrite.com/';
    return str_replace( $iframe_url, $iframe_ssl, $html );
    }

    Does that make sense? Will that work for you? Please let me know. 🙂

    Cheers!

    Good question. Yes, by default, the iCal feature will export events displayed in the current view. However, you can try adding this snippet to your functions.php file to force all events into the feed.

    Will this work for you? Please let me know.

    Hi there, Pater! Thanks for following up and sharing a URL–that’s a big help. 🙂

    This is definitely a bug on our end. We have an open ticket to fix it and plan to release it in the next version of the plugin.

    The good news is that the bug isn’t related to your date format. Instead, it’s an issue that occurs when the start and end time for a ticket is set to 12. You may be able to overcome it by setting the end time for ticket to something other than 12, but otherwise, a fix is on the way.

    I’m sorry this has caused you an issue, but we’ll try to follow up with you here when we have a progress update.

    Cheers,
    Geoff
