    Hi
    I am off to a BAD start…
    Bought Calandar PRO – That worked! 🙂
    Bought WooTicket – Not showing anywhere? Did add a ticket to a old event and to a new event (in case)… NADA!?
    Should I do something like adding a shortcode? Template?!

    Saw the videos – read the manual (NADA)

    I am using Enfold (Ver 3.02) theme by Krisi that actually supports Cal PRO ? Hmmm

    Found something like this:

    And when I remove my dates as well.. The form for tickets shows up?? 🙂 🙂

    Now we just need the answer to why? and how to get that to work (Checking again the dates… Hold on).. AHA!! Everytime I save a date it convert itself to 1970-01-01 (Ticket open and close)
    So somewhere the plugin don’s regis my date setting here in Denmark!!
    (That’s outside the USA and no it’s not a state somewhere 🙂 It’s a Country) At least so we think… Our date format is done right: LOL LOL

    Hi there, Peter! Welcome to the forums and sorry you’re hitting some trouble here. Let’s see if we can figure it out here together. 🙂

    Do you happen to have a URL you can send where we can see the issue cropping up? That would be a great starting place to see what’s going on.

    Also, I see you noted:

    Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
    Switched to a default theme? Yes

    Just to confirm, did the issue still pop up after deactivating all other plugins and activating a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Fourteen)? If you haven’t checked it out already, our guide to testing for conflicts is a great please to start to see if we can isolate the issue to theme and/or plugin conflict. Are you able to follow those steps as well?

    Give those a shot and please let me know what you find.

    Hi Geoff,
    Here is the URL of a test event that I entered a STOP date in for ticket:
    http://god-dag.dk/event/test-event-ii/
    (the date converts itself to 01-01-1970) upon saving.
    This is a URL with two tickets and NO dates in stop or start for tickets sale: http://god-dag.dk/event/faelles-meditation-i-salen/
    The theme is an OLD one!! Twenty 12
    Only plugin active is Calendar + Calendar Pro Woocommerce and WooTicket

    Hi there, Pater! Thanks for following up and sharing a URL–that’s a big help. 🙂

    This is definitely a bug on our end. We have an open ticket to fix it and plan to release it in the next version of the plugin.

    The good news is that the bug isn’t related to your date format. Instead, it’s an issue that occurs when the start and end time for a ticket is set to 12. You may be able to overcome it by setting the end time for ticket to something other than 12, but otherwise, a fix is on the way.

    I’m sorry this has caused you an issue, but we’ll try to follow up with you here when we have a progress update.
