MemberHi there, Justin! Thanks for getting in touch and sorry you’re hitting some trouble here. Let’s see if we can figure it out here together. 🙂
Are all venue pages triggering a 404 is it happening in isolated cases? For example, I found a test venue on your site and was able to access the page:Â http://fvbuild.360zen.com/venue/test-venue/
Let me know if you are able to send me an example and we’ll go from there.
Cheers!

MemberHi there, Peter! Welcome to the forums and sorry you’re hitting some trouble here. Let’s see if we can figure it out here together. 🙂
Do you happen to have a URL you can send where we can see the issue cropping up? That would be a great starting place to see what’s going on.
Also, I see you noted:
Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
Switched to a default theme? YesJust to confirm, did the issue still pop up after deactivating all other plugins and activating a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Fourteen)? If you haven’t checked it out already, our guide to testing for conflicts is a great please to start to see if we can isolate the issue to theme and/or plugin conflict. Are you able to follow those steps as well?
Give those a shot and please let me know what you find.
Cheers!

MemberThanks for the feedback, birdsnews1! If you have an idea for a feature request, I’d encourage you to head over to our UserVoice page to share it.
We try to keep our feature requests and support threads separate so we can focus on helping people over here, but you’re welcome to follow along with this thread to see if the recommended solutions work for you. Or you can open a new thread if there is an issue you would like assistance with. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey there, Mike! Awesome, I’m so glad we were able to pin down Filter Bar as a solid option for you. I agree that it seems like the best approach for this specific case.
Unfortunately, the level of customization required for these other points you’re bringing up are outside the scope of what we can provide here in the forums, but let’s see if I can help point you in the right direction. You can also email us at pro [at] tri.be and we’d be happy to share some contractors who may be able to help you out.
Monthview: More than one month display I would like to see a 6 month over view in the single calendar view.
That’s interesting! I actually haven’t seen this implemented before. List View will display events from multiple months by default, as long as there are fewer events in the current month than the list is set the show. However, Month View is designed to show one month at a time.
This is a feature that has been suggested and is something you might want to add your vote to. You can also check out the Event Rocket plugin (a third-party plugin not supported by us), which includes the ability to add calendars to a page using shortcodes. Not quite what you’re looking for, but an idea.
Eventcategories color coded.
Check this plugin out. It sounds like exactly what you’re looking for.
Viewing options drop down on hover not on click. (More intuitive on hover)
This is something that will require a fair bit of customization as well, but should be doable. Here is a direct link to the documentation for the Tribe Bar, which is a good starting place if you decide to take that on.
I see you already marked this thread as Revolved, so I’m going to go ahead and close it. Please feel free to hit us up with a new thread if any other questions pop up. We’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberYeah, the plugin you created is what should be enqueuing those styles for you. Alternatively, you can disable that plugin and paste this snippet into your functions.php file instead. It also enqueues those styles.
The thing to note about the snippet is that it specifically targets the homepage. You will want to modify the snippet to target your specific template or pages.
I hope this helps!

MemberHi there, Temin! Nice to see you again. 🙂
The closest way to get an image from an Additional Fields is to use a text field and paste the image in there as HTML. The fields accept HTML, so something like this would work:
<img src="[your-image-url]">As an alternative, you can check out using a plugin like Advanced Custom Fields to create that functionality for you. Then you can modify the event template using a theme override to display the field. Â I highly recommend going this route if having the image upload feature is a must-have.
Cheers!

MemberNo worries, Calum! I’m happy to answer your questions and will always do my best to point you in the right direction. 🙂
Are you able to follow the steps in the link I sent over without relying on the [insert_php] plugin? I think that’s becoming a stumbling point to getting this to work properly. I realize it requires touching some code and templates that might be a little outside your comfort zone, but the effort will pay off for sure. Otherwise, it may be something worth reaching out to a developer for.
Cheers!
