MemberHey Pieter! Thanks for following up.
The plugins should continue to function as they normally would, but the chances of compatibility with WordPress (or any other theme and plugin updates) do certainly start to decrease the further along WordPress develops. Also, I would recommend not updating The Events Calendar once the Events Calendar PRO license expires because those two plugins rely on one another and will be less likely to function together as updated versions are released. Best result would be to keep those at the same version.
Cheers!

MemberHi @atoohill,
First off, I just want to say a hearty “thanks!” for such a well-written question. You provided all the information I needed to look into this and I could appreciate it more.
You are certainly right in that this is a styling conflict. We have a lot more control over how the calendar looks when the the default calendar template is being used. However, once the calendar is embedded in other places, the possibility arises (as it did in this case) where the theme’s styles might override and create differing layouts.
As you can imagine, there’s only so much we can do when it comes down to controlling the styles of other components of the site, like the theme being used. That said, we’re certainly happy to offer guidance and pointers to help clean things up a bit!
In this case, it appears that the theme is applying more padding to the table cells, which is giving you that unwanted extra space. This should get it back to where it matches up with the default calendar:
.type-tribe_events { padding: 6px 8px !important; }Please add that either to your theme’s stylesheet or by navigating to Appearance > Customize > Advanced CSS in the WordPress admin.
Here’s a screenshot of how that looks when I tested it out on your site. I hope it does the trick for you as well but, if not, then it might be worth reaching out to the theme author as well to see if they are aware of any other style classes to focus on.
Cheers!

MemberHello Pieter and happy new year!
Yes, that is correct: a license provides with with one year of access to plugin updates and support. You can renew once the license expires, or keep using the plugin at its current version.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi Jodi, and happy new year!
I’m afraid there is no specific coupon for New Year’s Day. You can, however, find all our latest deals and discounts here:

MemberHi Luis,
Glad to hear the issue has been resolved!
I hate to be a stickler on this, but will you please open a new thread for the additional issue you raised? It’s tough to manage multiple conversations in a single thread and opening a new thread will ensure that we are able to focus in on your issue and keep this thread focused for others who might visit it as well.
In the meantime, I would suggest three visiting the Events > Help screen and taking a screenshot of the Event Aggregator system status information at the bottom of the screen that you can share in the new thread you open, in addition to the system information you shared with me here. Also, please include the link or file you are using to import events when you see the error message and that will give us something to look into.
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Dean, thanks for following up!
I’m definitely happy to exchange the licenses for other products, but I’m afraid we’re going to have to keep the license expirations where they are. We can provide you with a discount on your next renewal, if that’s something you are interested in. Just let me know and I’d be happy to arrange something.
Cheers,

MemberHi Alex!
Good question. The link to next month will only display if there are events on those months. It does not appear that you have events published for February 2017 and beyond, so that is why the link is not displayed.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHello Gene,
Absolutely! Community Events does indeed have a setting that allows anonymous submissions to your calendar. As an added layer of protection, it offers the ability to integrate reCAPTCHA into the submission form to prevent spam submissions.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberYou’re absolutely right, Simeon! Global stock is indeed what you are looking for and is a feature of Event Tickets Plus that is available today. 🙂

MemberHello Marieta,
Good question! I’m afraid that neither Event Tickets nor Event Tickets Plus support the exact functionality you are looking for. They do allow visitors to either RSVP or purchase tickets for an event, but they will not contact attendees on your behalf or allow you to approve or deny attendees based on responses. You could theoretically accomplish this manually based on who registers, but the plugins do not offer settings or controls in the admin to automate this for you.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi Samuel,
You are absolutely correct and can certainly use Event Tickets Plus without Events Calendar PRO. Using Event Tickets Plus (and Event Tickets, which is free and required) without event allows you to publish tickets on any page or post on your site.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!
