Hi there, Noah! It looks like the links are now underlined on the page–were you able to find a way to target the CSS for them? Let me know if you still need assistance on this one and I’d be happy to help.

Hey there, just checking in to see if thereโ€™s been any further update or if you still need assistance on this one–let me know. ๐Ÿ™‚

By the way, I forgot to mention that there is an option to include custom content to the top of your calendar page under Events > Settings > Display. If you head down to the “Advanced Template Settings” section, there is an area for you to add custom HTML before the plugin’s content.

    Cheers!

Hi there, Donnie! Welcome to the forums and thanks for getting in touch. We hope you’ve been enjoying the PRO plugin so far. ๐Ÿ™‚

Unfortunately, the publish dates and times are not an included feature of the CSV Importer. However, it does accept the start and end dates and times. You can import those with these column headings (and formats):

    • Event Start Date (format: MM/DD/YY)
    • Event Start Time (format: HH/MM/SS)
    • Event End Date (format: MM/DD/YY)
    • Event End Time (format: HH/MM/SS)

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi there, Parker! Thanks for getting in touch.

Unfortunately, this feature isn’t included in the CVS Importer and I’m unaware of someone who has developed something like it. If you’re wanting to attempt this customization, then you might want to check out our Developer Docs for more information.

We’re also always accepting feature requests on our UserVoice page. If this is something you’d like to see included in a future release, then please let us know there by adding it there and others can vote on it as well.

Sorry I don’t have more of a concrete solution for you, but does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi there, Emilie! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. ๐Ÿ™‚

Great question. The plugin does automatically generate a list of past events for you atย /events/?tribe_event_display=past.

If you’re looking to specifically re-order that view so it displays in reverse chronological order, then you can try adding this snippet to your theme’sย functions.php file. It should do exactly that.

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi there, Barak! Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the forums. We hope you’ve been enjoying the PRO plugin so far. ๐Ÿ™‚

Good question. There is a setting under Events > Settings that allows you to change the slug of the calendar. By default, the calendar is set to /events and single events are set /event. However, the slug cannot contain slashes, so unfortunately, you won’t be able to get exactly what you need from that setting.

There is also the ability to embed the calendar widget. For example, you can create that page in WordPress, then embed the widget in the page using the shortcode:ย [tribe_mini_calendar]. This is the calendar view, however, and not quite the list you are looking for either.

One possible alternative is to use the Event Rocket plugin. It’s a third-party plugin that isn’t supported by us here in the forums, but it does provide shortcodes for you to embed the full calendar on any page of your site. It sounds like it might be worth checking out for your specific situation.

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi there,ย Hergen! Welcome back and nice to see you again. ๐Ÿ™‚

Great question. I do want to note first of all, though, that we are fairly limited in terms of helping out with custom development questions like this one. That said, weโ€™d love to point you in the right direction if we can.

I think the best way to accomplish this is to override theย list-widget.php template, then include the additional fields from there. To do this:

    • Make a copy of list-widget.php. It’s located at /plugins/the-events/calendar/views/widgets/list-widget.php
    • Create a new folder in your theme directory calledย tribe-events
    • Create a new folder inside of that one calledย widgets
    • Drop your copied file in that folder

Once the template is in your theme directory, you can modify it to suit your needs. In this case, you can grab the exact additional fields you would like where you want them to display in the template. For example, if you use Custom Fields with the PRO plugin, you can useย tribe_get_custom_fields() to fetch an array of your custom fields.

These steps are more thoroughly outlined in our Themer’s Guide. I’d also suggest checking out our documentation for a full guide on the functions and classes available to you for displaying content.

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ๐Ÿ™‚

in reply to: Resetting filters bug #918629
    Geoff

Hey there, Dirk! Thanks for following up. And thanks for the additional information too–I really appreciate it. ๐Ÿ™‚

When the Filter Bar is reset, it simply redirects to back to the last view it was on and the URL should match that view. However, when I reset the filters on your site, several other variables are included in the URL and the triggers an empty list of events:

    http://concert4you.nl/concertagenda/?action=tribe_list&tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=list&tribe_venues%5B%5D=1502&tribe_organizers%5B%5D=2584

Let’s try to dig a little deeper.

First, have you made any customizations to any of the Modern Tribe plugins, or any customizations to your own code that touch the functionality of the plugins? If so, I would like to test for conflicts again with those removed as well.

Secondly, do any of the plugins you listed change the redirect rules of your site? For example, how about the Redirection plugin? Have you or that plugin made any changes to your site’s .htaccess file that would impact redirection? If so, let’s test for conflicts again with those removed.

If neither of these is the case, then I’ll want to try a deeper form of testing using a fresh WordPress installation in a separate directory. But let me know what you find first before we go this route.

    Cheers!

Awesome–I’m so glad you’re going to check out the plugin. It sounds like a good fit. ๐Ÿ™‚

We provide general support here in the forums. We’re here to help if you run into any trouble (i.e. bugs, installation issues) while using the plugin. While we’re unable to help with custom development (like PHP development), we will always do our best to point you in the right direction. We also have several resources to help:

    • <span style=”line-height: 13px;”>A set of tutorials for custom development</span>
    • A Themer’s Guide that walks through customizing the appearance of the calendar
    • Searching here on the forums will often bring up answers to the same questions you might have about custom development

And, if nothing else, we would be happy to share a list of freelancers who might be available to help. You can email us a t pro [at] tri.be if that’s something you’re interested in.

I hope this helps! Thanks again for checking out the plugin and getting in touch.

I’ll go ahead and close this thread, but please feel free to hit us up with a new one if any other questions pop up. We’d be happy to help. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Cheers!
