MemberThanks for chiming in here, Stacey! Good to hear that we have another test case in our back pocket if we are unable to replicate the issue. Please feel free to follow along as I work with James–you’re also welcome to open a new thread where we can support you directly, if you’re prefer.
Thanks!

MemberHi Cappy,
That string may not be contained in the database itself, but generated dynamically by a called function.
Unfortunately, I think this is something the theme author would be better suited to answer. Let me know if any questions come up from the author that we can help answer and I’d be happy to help as best I can.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberHey Ian, sorry for being out yesterday.
That would be a nice feature for sure! I’m afraid that level of customization is outside what we can support here in a thread like this, but our documentation offers a ton of information on available functions that would help you be able to pull that off.
Sorry I don’t have a concrete answer for you on this one but please let me know if you have any other questions about how configuration of the calendar’s widgets and I’d be happy to answer as best I can. 🙂
Cheers,

MemberHey Anna, thanks for giving those steps a shot and for the extra information!
Did you notice when the issue started happening? For example, did anything else change on the site that might have led to the issue? Or did you update the theme or any plugins right before it started?
Anything you can give me that might help explain how it went from working to not working would be a giant help!
Thanks so much,
GeoffGeoff

MemberAh, I see what you mean! I was looking on the front end, but you’re on the back end. I indeed see the very same thing and have reported it in our system so we can look at it deeper.
Thanks so much for reporting this! I’ll mark this thread “Pending Fix” for the time being and will follow up with you when we have more to share.
Cheers!

MemberOK, that sounds like a step in the right direction!
Did you update The Events Calendar to 3.11 as well? If not, please update that and make sure it an WooCommerce Tickets are both running version 3.11.
If you did that and the tickets still aren’t showing up, then will you please send me a screenshot of the ticket settings for your event? I just want to make sure the configuration for the tickets is all good.
Thanks for your help!

MemberHi Michelle, thanks for following up!
Were you able to run through these troubleshooting steps and, if so, did you notice any difference when your site was running in default conditions? Confirming this is a good first place for us to figuring out the best way to resolve the issue.
If there is no difference, then do you happen to have any customizations in your theme? You can check by looking for a folder called tribe-events in your theme directory. Let me know if you see that folder in your theme.
If the issue is still popping up, then I’ll want to walk you through some deeper troubleshooting steps to see if we can replicate the issue on a fresh site. Let’s start with these first two things, then I’l walk you through the fresh site, if needed.
Thanks for your help!

MemberHi James, thanks for following up!
I can’t think of how that CSS would impact anything, but does it help to remove it?
Going back to Brook’s comment, do any of the other plugins you have affect time and date settings? Perhaps the theme does? He does make a good point in that some authors do use the date_default_timezone_set() function with averse effects. For that, I’d say going through these troubleshooting steps would help uncover whether that is happening.
Let’s try that. If this little bugger is still at it, then I think we should try setting up a fresh test site and try to replicate it there. I’ll walk you through those steps, but hopefully it won’t be needed. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi flourishdesignstudio–welcome back to the forums!
Oh wow, I see what you mean. Let’s figure this out.
First off, do you happen to have a page called Events when you go to the Pages tab from the WordPress admin? Be sure to delete that one if you do, because it could be conflicting with the page the calendar generates itself.
Secondly, do you have any customizations in place that may have been affected in the 3.11 update? You can check this by heading over to your theme file directory and seeing if there is a folder in there called tribe-events. If that’s there, try removing it (save a copy of it, for sure!) to see if that does the trick.
Lastly, I see you have tried the following:
Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
Switched to a default theme? YesDid you notice any difference in these conditions? How about when switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Fifteen) and deactivating all other installed plugins at the same time?
Let’s start with these and see what we find.
Thanks!

Thanks for chiming in here–and of course, for your continued support. I appreciate the kind words and definitely feel you there as a long-time supporter (whoa, CodeCanyon days!).
Why don’t you send us an email to support [at] theeventscalendar.com and reference this thread–I think we can help you out. 🙂

MemberHey mdreher,
Thanks for the heads up! I’m trying to replicate the same issue on my end and having a tough time, but maybe you can help me out so we can see what might be causing it.
Here’s how the list of Saved Organizers looks on my installation (screenshot). It looks like the names are ordered correctly (alphabetical by first name).
Did you update The Events Calendar, The Events Calendar PRO, Filter Bar and Community Events all to 3.11? Let’s check that first and make sure all the plugins are running the same version.
If they are and the order of names is still off, would you please try these troubleshooting steps just so we can rule conflicts with the theme or another installed plugin?
Thanks again for the heads up!

MemberHi charissam and sorry for the trouble here after the update!
What version of WooCommerce Tickets do you currently have installed? If you just updated The Events Calendar to 3.11 (which was released today), then be sure to update WooCommerce Tickets to 3.11 as well.
Let’s start there and see what we find. 🙂

MemberHey Abdul, thanks for getting in touch!
Yeah, that’s definitely possible. In fact, check out this tutorial for step-by-step instructions for how to make that happen.
Will that help you get started? Please let me know. 🙂
