MemberHi Jo,
Thanks for following up. I hope you had a great weekend!
Yeah, I unfortunately do not have a good idea of which release this issue will be fixed in. I know that’s not great news, but I do want you to know that I have at least flagged the ticket for our team as future releases are getting planned.
Is there a way to find all entries that are listed as both Recurring and All Day without going through each listing?
There actually is a good way to do something close to that. If you grab the Advanced Post Manager plugin, it adds a number of filters you can use to sort events in the WordPress admin, with Recurring Events being one of the options to sort by. Where is falls short, however, is that it does not include a way to filter events by the start time. What I’m hoping though is that this will at least help you sort events by recurring and make it a lot easier to locate the events you’re looking for.
I’ll keep this thread in Pending Fix for you.

MemberHi Pierre,
Thanks for following up! I hope you had a great weekend. 🙂
Events Calendar PROÂ adds a bunch of advanced features to The Events Calendar when both are installed. For example, it includes:
- Additional calendar views
- Custom fields for events
- Recurring events
- Additional calendar widgets
- Shortcodes for embedding calendar views and widgets
- Pages for organizers and venues
You can see a full list of features compared to The Events Calendar on the product page.
You do not need to purchase Events Calendar PRO in order to use Filter Bar. In other words, you can use Filter Bar with The Events Calendar, as is.
Did you have any other questions about product features I can help answer? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi Dorothy,
Thanks for following up! I hope you had a great weekend. 🙂
Ah, and thanks for the clarification!
You can try adding this CSS to either your theme’s style.css file or the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS screen:
.tribe-events-adv-list-widget .type-tribe_events { width: 80% /* or any width you would like */ }That will narrow the width the of the list widget on your site. It’s worth noting that doing so squeeze the contents of the widget as well, so you may need to make additional tweaks to get things to appear just right.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Uwe,
Thanks for following up! I hope you had a great weekend. 🙂
So, it sounds like you do have the option, but that the option is not having an effect when selected. Let’s dig into that further!
As a first course of action, I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Carlotta,
Great question! Community Events uses default WordPress registration, so there’s nothing else you need to install to start accepting folks for event submissions.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂

MemberHi Dorothy,
Thanks for getting in touch and hope you’re doing well!
The mini calendar will fill the space of the container that contains it, so you can increase the size of the mini calendar by increasing width of the sidebar itself.
Does that make sense and will it work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHi Uwe,
Thanks for getting in touch!
That last option before the Save button in the screenshot of your admin is the default state option for Filter Bar. Is that what you are looking for, or were you looking for another option instead?
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Jo,
Thanks for writing in!
I checked on the ticket and it has not yet been slated for a release. In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and noted this thread in the ticket so we can follow-up with you when a patch is ready. I’ll also mark this thread Pending Fix.
Cheers,

MemberWell, shoot. Sorry about that, Stefan! That seemed to work on my test site, but sorry to hear it’s not doing the trick on your site as well.
I’ll keep this thread open in case any other ideas come up. 🙂

MemberHi Alex,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Shortcodes are a feature of Events Calendar PRO. Here’s a full breakdown of the shortcodes that come included:

MemberHi Roman,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Event Tickets Plus includes two reports: one report with attendee data and another for sales data. Both of those reports are available in the WordPress admin to anyone who is a registered site administrator.
In case you’re curious about those reports are like, this post covers them in great detail:

MemberHi Sebastian and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our <u>WordPress.org support forum</u>.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
In the meantime, I would suggest that checking out our Themer’s Guide. It contains step-by-step instructions for customizing the calendar templates, which will allow you to add a full-width image to the top of the any template you would like.
Thanks so much!

MemberHey Stefan,
Give this a try instead:
#tribe-events-footer .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-left, #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-left { display: none; }Hopefully that does the trick. 🙂
Cheers!
