    Hi Jessica,

    So sorry for the trouble! I do see the same issue myself and have created a ticket in our system to check it out.

    I’ll mark this thread Pending Fix in the meantime and will be sure to follow-up with you when there’s news to share.

    Thanks for bringing this up!

    Hi Jessie,

    We would love for that not to be the case too. Sorry about that–I’ve added a ticket to our system to check it out. I’ll set this thread to Pending Fix and will follow-up with you when I know more.

    Thanks for bringing this up,

    Hi Ricardo,

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the troubles here. I’m happy to help you out as best I can, so let’s get started!

    The first one: The box to introduce the number of tickets dont function.

    Can you elaborate on this a little more? What is it about the box that is not functioning? Are you able to provide an example or screenshot so I can see the issue?

    And the BIG problem: if you put a number and add to cart, all styles CRASH

    This would be another case where an example would help out a ton. I checked your site but was unable to find any events to see what the issue is. Would you be willing to create an example for me and link me to it so I can check it out?

    i now that it´s a theme conflitc, but when we pay at your website, you don´t tell nothing about this kind of problem.

    Like the WooCommerce article you provided mentions, there is always the possibly that WordPress themes and plugins or plugins and other plugins will conflict with one another. While we do our best to integrate The Events Calendar and our premium add-ons so that they function with as many themes and other plugins as possible, it’s something that we cannot guarantee. We try to communicate this as clearly as we can in our terms and conditions and I’m sorry if that was not clear to you up front.

    That said, I am certainly willing to help as best I can insofar as the issue is related to a bug with one of our products. If it turns out that a theme conflict is the root of the issues, then the best route would be to seek assistance from the theme author for more guidance.

    Let’s see what we’re working with before we go that route and troubleshoot from there.

    Thanks,
    Geoff

    Ooo, good question! Not directly from The Events Calendar, but I bet there is an add-on for WooCommerce (or whatever ecommerce platform you plan to use) that adds product suggestions to the cart and/or checkout screens. The calendar itself does not interfere with the cart and checkout process, so your best bet would be to look at it from the ecommerce side.

    Does this help? Please let me know and I’d be happy to answer any other questions as best I can!

    Hey @fairfindz, thanks for reaching out!

    Good question. I’m afraid displaying a list of events that users are attending isn’t something The Events Calendar supports.

    That is an interesting idea though. If you have a moment, it would be awesome if you could add it to our feature request forum. I can see how others might find that to be a neat feature as well.

    Sorry for the bad news, but does this help answer your question? Please let me know.

    Hey there, and great questions!

    You can indeed set a cut-off so that tickets and RSVPs start and end on specific dates and times. You can also set a maximum number of stock for each ticket to limit sales.

    Events Calendar PRO does offer recurring events. However, I do want to note that recurring events do not current support ticket sales at the moment, though we are working on it.

    Why Your Form to Post Event shows other organizers?

    It provides a way for people to submit an event with an existing organizer to prevent duplicate organizers from being added to the calendar. You could hide that portion of the form altogether with some custom styling in the CSS.

    Does this help answer your questions? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hey there!

    Good question. The only way to export venues is to use the Export tool in WordPress, under Tools > Export.

    The bad news is that it will export the data as an XML file and you’re probably looking for a CSV file instead.

    The good news is that there are resources online that will convert XML to CSV.

    Will that do the trick for you? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

    Hi James,

    Thanks for getting in touch! I’m really stoked to hear you’re checking out the premium plugins and that you’ve been enjoying The Events Calendar and Event Tickets so far. 🙂

    You will indeed need Event Ticket Plus in order for tickets to be created on the front end of the site, even if they are free RSVPs.

    I would encourage you to apply for our non-profit program.

    Cheers!

    Hi Jill,

    Excellent question! I wish we could say we do offer an educational discount but I’m afraid we do not. We do offer a discount for non-profit organizations but the government affiliation would prevent us from offering the same promotion.

    Sorry for the bad news, but we do have sales from time to time and you can hear about those by following us on Twitter.

    Hi Rich,

    Looks like there is some custom CSS being used for the widget, but I was able to change it to two columns using this:

    #primary.sixteen .tribe-events-list-widget-events {
    float: left;
    min-height: 100px;
    }

    Trying adding that to your theme’s style.css file or using a plugin like Simple Custom CSS.

    Cheers!
