How to Export Venues

    Hi, we need to download or export all the venues so we can create a mail-merge and write to all the customers.

    We have around 300 venues, along with names, addresses, URL’s, and need this information in Excel or similar.

    I am able to download the XML or CSV using phpMyAdmin, but all the data is on separate lines, and not in columns with headings.

    Can you please tell me how this can be achieved?

    Hey there!

    Good question. The only way to export venues is to use the Export tool in WordPress, under Tools > Export.

    The bad news is that it will export the data as an XML file and you’re probably looking for a CSV file instead.

    The good news is that there are resources online that will convert XML to CSV.
