MemberHey Matthew and sorry for the trouble here!
That is very odd. I am testing this on my site as well and PRO seems to be working well with the latest versions installed. Doesn’t mean it’s not an issue, i’m just having a tough time replicating it.
I know you have already tried:
-
<li class=”troubleshoot_plugins”>Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
<li class=”troubleshoot_theme”>Switched to a default theme? YesDid you notice any difference in this conditions? How about if you do both of those together?
If you’re still seeing the issue when no other plugins are active and a default theme is active, would you be willing to leave the site in that default state so I could check it out? And when you, pasting your updated system information in here as a private reply would be helpful as well.
So sorry about this! Let’s start here and see what we find.

MemberHi Dan!
I think Avada adds some custom styling to the calendar and that might be conflicting with the plugin styles in the latest version.
Either way, I was able to remove that stripe by adding this to the theme’s style.css file, but you can also use a plugin like Simple Custom CSS as well:
.tribe-bar-disabled #tribe-events-bar { float: none; }Give that a shot and let me know if it does the trick.
Cheers!

MemberHey there @jrummel and welcome to the forums!
I just checked out the link you sent and was able to see the map (screenshot). Did you happen to resolve the issue on your own? Or perhaps I’m looking in the wrong place and you can point me in the right direction? Either way, please let me know and I’d be happy to help. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey @Jessica,
Good question! You can add a new thumbnail size to your site that fits the size you are looking for, then customize the week/single-event.php file to display the new thumbnail using something like:
<?php echo tribe_event_featured_image( null, 'medium' ) ?>If you haven’t done a template override before, then our Themer’s Guide is a good place to start — it provides step-by-step instructions for locating a plugin template then adding it to your theme directory so you can customize it from there.
Does this make sense and will it work for you? Please let me know.
Cheers!

MemberHi @cgcs and welcome to the forums!
Sorry for the trouble here — is the issue with the calendar widget? If so, which widget is it, the Event List or the Mini Calendar? Are you able to see or add a widget to the sidebar when a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Fifteen) is installed and active?
As a first course of action, will you please follow the steps outlined here and let me know what you find? That will be super helpful to help us figure what’s happening.
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Thanks!

MemberHey there, @Windell!
Sorry for the trouble here. This is indeed a known issue with how excerpts are parsed in the plugin and we’re working on a fix. In the meantime, please try the adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file and it should resolve the issue for now:
https://gist.github.com/ggwicz/ba85b0f9aa4dadbda538
Will that work for you? Please let me know.
Thanks,

MemberHey @CDC,
Thanks for reaching out to the theme developer! It may very well be that the theme and plugin do not play well together in this case and–as the theme developer suggested–will require further coding.
We’re fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions, I’m afraid. That said, I’d be happy to try to point you in the right direction if I can if you have any specific questions as you dig into this.
Thanks,

MemberHey folks,
Thanks for chiming in and sorry for the trouble here with ticket quantities! We have indeed bumped the priority of this issue and plan to release a fix in 4.0.3, which is our next release.
I’ll be sure to keep you posted directly here in the thread in the meantime. Thanks for your patience while we work on this.

@Fridolin — we expect this one to go out in the next release and we’ll certainly keep you posted.

MemberHey there!
Absolutely–in fact, our iCal Importer was set up to do just that. You can import any calendar with a valid .ics file into you WordPress site by entering the URL or uploading the file directly. You can even set the import to run on a scheduled automated basis.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I’d be happy to help.
Cheers,

MemberHi Ben,
Thanks for checking out the plugins!
Yes–all of our products come with a full refund within 30-day of purchase. That should give you a good amount of time to test things out and see if they will run smoothly with your site. 🙂
Does this help? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHello Wendy!
Good question–here’s an article that provides step-by-step instructions for how to increase the number of events in the widget:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/show-more-than-ten-events-in-advanced-list-widget/
Let me know if that help get you started!
