In fact, if you’re looking for technical support, please open a thread over in our WordPress.org forum and we’d be happy to help you over there on our next pass — or, you can purchase a license for one of our premium plugins and that will give you access to the technical support here in these forums.

MemberHey Pau,
Thanks for your patience while I tested this out a little further!
I was able to see the issue in Browserstack when using an iPad 2 with iOS 8. I then switched to iPad 2 with iOS 9.3 (the latest) and still see the issue there as well.
The weird thing is that I am unable to see the issue when I switch to my test site using the same devices and iOS versions. That gives me a hunch that there is something in the styling of the theme that might be conflicting and causing those gaps to show up.
Would you be willing to switch to the default WordPress Twenty Sixteen theme and test again for me? I’d be curious to see whether the issue goes away in that scenario.
If it’s a theme styling issue, then I can try my best to help pinpoint where it is with you, though the theme author might be better suited to know where to look. And, if we ‘re still able to see the issue in Twenty Sixteen, then we know we have to keep looking at the plugin side of things.
Thanks!

MemberHello Erica,
Sure thing! I found your order and saw that two copies of Community Events were purchased. I refunded one of them and the funds should be back in your account in the next 5-10 business days.
Cheers!

MemberGood question! My understanding (and from what I confirmedย with the team) is that the new events will be created on an ongoing basis based on the current date — in other words, it will not wait until those 8 weeks are up to create a new recurring instance, but will create them as it is available to do so.

MemberExcellent! In fact, if the Bulk Edit option didn’t pan out, I was going to suggest Event Rocket as a next shot — but you’re on top of it. ๐
Cheers and thanks for following up!

MemberOh shoot, sorry about that, Christine! I’ve been in a similar situation and know it’s not fun to look at thousands of posts and wonder how to get rid of them.
One way I’ve had success is using the Bulk Delete plugin. That will wipe out all posts from a custom post type, which is what events are.
Will that work for you as well? Please let me know.
Thanks!

MemberHi Ying Chow, welcome back and nice to see you again!
Good question. Facebook Importer uses the same import permissions that WordPress offers for importing content — which, you noted, is set to Administrator.
It might be possible to change that using a third-party plugin like User Role Editor to change those permissions, but otherwise, I’m afraid it would require custom development to accomplish. In fact, I just installed the plugin and checked it out and it appears there is an “import” option to grant permissions to other user roles, so that looks promising.
Cheers!

MemberHey Sam, thanks for getting in touch!
Many of the features of Events Calendar PRO do indeed integrate with our Event Tickets Plus plugin — however, the one feature that is not currently support is recurring events. So, in other words, you could create and sell tickets for a recurring event, but those tickets will be sold toward the parent event rather than the recurring instances.
The good news is that we’re actively working on supporting that feature as we speak. If all goes according to plan, that should be released in version 4.3.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know — and definitely keep an eye open on our blog for updates of when new releases are shipped.
Thanks!

MemberHey Pau,
I did indeed try on a real iPad. However, if you are able to confirm which iPad model and iOS version you’re using, I can recreate that using a tool like Browserstack to test from there and see if I can spot any issues.
Thanks!

MemberHey William,
Yes, that is correct. You can set the limit for creating recurring events at, let’s say two months, then create a recurring event that never ends and that will let the calendar know to keep creating events as the time frame is reached.
Did you have any other questions about recurring events that I can help answer? Please let me know. ๐
Cheers!
