MemberHey Dave,
That’s a good friend you have and pretty much what we’ve been trying to do here together., by adding an ID to the Next Events link that targets a specific ID on the page.
The link itself is in the pro/map/nav.php template on line 32:
The hash in there is then rendered through Javascript so that it paginates in sequential order. So, you may need to edit the Javascript files–or write a new script–that appends that anchor when clicked.

MemberOh, and one more thing! Will you please try updating to the latest versions of the plugins? We recently released version 4.2.3 for both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO. Let’s see if updating makes any difference as well. 🙂

MemberHey Pau,
Thanks a ton for hanging with me as we look into this together — it’s been a tough one!
I tested two more times on an iPad 2, one time using iOS 8 and the other time using iOS 9.3.
Here’s the result, which looks good when the site is using the default Twenty Sixteen theme:
One last thing I can think of here is to try heading to Events > Settings > Display and switching the Event Template option. I think you were already using the default event template (looking at your settings) but double check whether that is the template being used. If it already is, try switching to another template and see if that that makes any difference.
I do know that Photo View’s masonry layout will sometimes have gaps in there, just depending on the length of the event post excerpts — so while, the layout will always try to re-generate itself proportionally based on the width of the browser, there may be instances where some gaps come into play vertically, depending on how tall each event post is and how many events there are. I’m not sure if this is one of those cases, but I’m starting to have a hunch that it is.
So sorry I’ve been unable to replicate the same issue on my end! If you’d be willing to give it a try, I’d be happy to try setting up a fresh test site with you and testing from there. Let me know and we can go from there.
Thanks!

MemberHi Sonia,
Shoot, sorry that didn’t do the trick!
Will you please head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the System Information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here for me as a private reply? That will help me check a few settings and confirm what versions of the plugin you are using so I can try to recreate the issue as well.
Thanks!

MemberHi Donovan and hope you had a great weekend!
Sorry if my last reply appeared to skirt your questions, but I assure you the answer is the same.
With PayPal being the bridge between the plugins, it will need to be configured one way or the other, so that payment option is going to be active in addition to Stripe.
If you’re looking to hide certain elements so that it appears that Stripe is the only option, then I think that might be possible with CSS.
Cheers and please let me know if you have any other follow-up questions and I’d be happy to help as best I can.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberOh yes, so sorry, I must not have fully understood the question.
At the moment, Community Tickets + Event Tickets Plus only supports PayPal rather than Stripe. That’s been the only flexible API we’ve been able to configure with shared/split payments, though we are definitely interested in getting the same thing up and running with Stripe.
Sorry I missed that the first time through but does that help clarify things a bit? Please let me know.
Thanks!

MemberHi Vicki and thanks for getting in touch!
Yes, there is indeed a way to do that. You can change the visibility settings of an event from Public to Private and that will limit the view access to only those who are logged in members of the site.
Is that what you’re looking for? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey Donovan,
Thanks so much for getting in touch and for using our plugins — I really hope you’re enjoying everything so far!
Good question and, yes, you can use Stripe with Event Tickets Plus. In fact, that setting would be in the e-commerce plugin you are using with it. Are you using WooCommerce, by chance? If so, there is a free extension for it that will help you set that up.
Will that work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

MemberHey Jerry and happy Friday!
Oh man, I see exactly what you mean — that’s super weird so let’s look into it together to see what’s happening.
First off, would you be willing to share your system information with me? You can find that at Events > Settings > Help at the bottom of the screen. Please copy that info and paste it here as a private reply. We had a similar issue pop up that we resolved in Events Calendar PRO 4.2.2.1, so I want to see if this is related and the system information will help me check.
Thanks so much!

MemberHi Sonia, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble here with recurring events!
It looks like that “Custom” rule in the recurrence settings are throwing off the pattern. If you remove that and stick to only the weekly setting, then it seems to work correctly. Here is a screenshot of the settings I tried and another screenshot of the result on the calendar.
Will this work for you? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!
GeoffJuly 22, 2016 at 8:20 am in reply to: Mini Calendar. Clicking doesn't refresh date using mini calendar shortcode #1142937Geoff
MemberHey there and welcome back!
I was just checking out the site (looking nice, by the way!). I clicked various dates in the mini calendar and it seemed to work as expected. Here’s a screencast of what I did.
Then again, I’m checking purely on Chrome for Mac. Are you perhaps using a different browser? Let me know and I’d be happy to try that instead.
Thanks!
GeoffJuly 22, 2016 at 8:14 am in reply to: Not going RSVP's are still in the Attendees list occuping a ticket space #1142935Geoff
MemberHey Becca,
So sorry foe the delayed reply here! It seems this thread found it’s way into a hole in our system and we simply missed it. That’s no excuse though and I’m truly sorry for the long wait time.
You’re absolutely right: a attendee that changes their RSVP from Going to Not Going will not replenish the ticket stock. That’s actually by design but I can see how useful it would be to replenish the stock and, in fact, I do see an open feature request for it that could use some more votes. Would you be willing to add your vote there? Doing so will also notify you when there are updates to the request.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.
Thanks,
GeoffGeoff
MemberMy pleasure! Thanks again for checking in and definitely let us know if other questions pop up — we’d be more than happy to help. 🙂
