ParticipantHere is my problem regarding reoccurring weekly events instead it turns into daily events. So i need to know how to post these weekly events in my Events Calendar to only show up once a week not daily bases???
I will put screenshots of my issue I cant resolve and i need to know how to resolve this issue to these weekly events I want to post on my Events Calendar on my Word Press website?

MemberHi Sonia, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble here with recurring events!
It looks like that “Custom” rule in the recurrence settings are throwing off the pattern. If you remove that and stick to only the weekly setting, then it seems to work correctly. Here is a screenshot of the settings I tried and another screenshot of the result on the calendar.

Shoot, sorry that didn’t do the trick!
Will you please head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the System Information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here for me as a private reply? That will help me check a few settings and confirm what versions of the plugin you are using so I can try to recreate the issue as well.

I tried recreating the issue using similar settings but still was unable to.
Before we dig too much deeper, will you please try changing the recurring settings of that event for me? I saw in your screenshot that the start and end date date for the event are:
- Start: 08/02/2016
- End: 06/02/2017
In other words the event is starting on August 2, 2016 at 2pm and ends on June 2, 2017 at 3pm. If you change the end date to 08/02/2016, that should prevent the plugin from thinking that one single event last for 10 months.
Here’s a screenshot of how the event’s date settings should appear when you’re done:

Please give that a shot and send me a screenshot of the settings once you’re done — I’m hoping this will help clean things up quite a bit!

Looking at the screenshot, it appears that the you did change the end date of the event, but it is still set for May 12, 2017. Will you please change that to 2016?
