Many of the features of Events Calendar PRO do indeed integrate with our Event Tickets Plus plugin — however, the one feature that is not currently support is recurring events. So, in other words, you could create and sell tickets for a recurring event, but those tickets will be sold toward the parent event rather than the recurring instances.
The good news is that we’re actively working on supporting that feature as we speak. If all goes according to plan, that should be released in version 4.3.
