MemberHi Mary Anne
You will not lose any data on your site. You will need to keep the free The Events Calendar installed and then after purchase, check your email for a download link for Events Calendar Pro.
Download the plugin as a .zip file, go to Plugins > Installed Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Activate the plugin.
We have a guide to get you started with Recurring Events too: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Marian
I’m so sorry we weren’t able to meet your needs. We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHey there KC
We do have a few ways for you to accept payments for events. First, I’d suggest checking out Event Tickets. This is the base plugin required for all of our ticketing options, but it also includes “Tribe Commerce”. For now, this means it will connect with Paypal to accept payments.
If you need something a bit more high-powered, then also see Event Tickets Plus. We require that you use an e-commerce plugin for this. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
Take a look and let me know if you’ve got more questions.
Thanks

MemberGood Day Gerhard
Can you share the exact shortcode you used by copy/pasting it here?
I’ve corrected the version you had shared above by omitting spaces and fixing the auto-correct alterations made to quotes.
[tribe_events view="map" category="xyz"]
Can you test if the map view displays as expected using the default theme Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?
In the screenshots, it seems as if the sidebar is deactivated. Are you able to find a way with your theme to turn off your sidebar there?
Thanks

We have received your application. You should be hearing from our non-profit coordinator shortly.

MemberHi Sarah
Weβre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourΒ Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms. The code provided is a good starting point, but your development team will need to see this through.
The other alternative I can offer is to add your request to our queue of customization requests. This queue has no promise as to how soon we can get to the request, and will unassign you from my list. We will not receive an update that you have replied until someone has a chance to take on the customization request.
Would you like me to add you to our customization requests area?
Thanks

MemberHi DJ
To move your plugin license to the live site, please visit Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.
If you still want to use the plugin on your staging site:
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.Β
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.Β You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.Β If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
