MemberHi Matthew
We do not have a way of auto-posting as you are hoping. However, you could likely set something up with https://ifttt.com/wordpress or https://zapier.com/app/editor/template/182. Either of these options can retrieve from categories and tags. They might also pull from the custom post type “Events” as well.
If not, you could use a number of services that would access your RSS at https://www.interfaithfoundation.org/events/feed/.
Would any of these options be a solution for you?
Thanks

MemberHello Sarabeth
I just visited http://www.fellowshipnorth.net/events/ and all looks improved over your initial screenshot. However, I’m seeing some of your text being a bit offset.

Are you seeing at least the same thing now that I see? I’d like to confirm that before addressing the misaligned text.
Thanks

MemberHello Ellie
I’d suggest starting by installing The Events Calendars (free) on your site and viewing a category.
Avada does provide some support for The Events Calendar, as they’ve done a good deal of custom integration with it. https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/how-to-use-the-events-calendar-with-avada/
If after testing, you find that you need to customize your category listing further, refer your developer to our Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ as a resource.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there!
The license renewals are annual. Typically we offer approximately a 10% discount for renewals. The ongoing renewals cover your access to technical support and further development of the plugins.
Is there anything else I can do to help you?
Thanks

MemberHi Pim
I so agree, but because when I tested this against a default theme and it worked, I’d still say reach out to your theme dev. Thanks.
Courtney
MemberHello Matt
Is your theme by chance a derivative of Underscores.me? (https://www.themestats.com/made-to-flourish-base-best-wordpress-theme-1821385 indicates it is)
All default WP themes are derivatives of that as well, which you might actually be aware of. Because the default 2017 theme is working, that leaves some code in your own theme that is creating this conflict.
It looks like you are possibly the developer of the theme as well. I really wish I had a better answer here than to suggest contacting the theme dev, especially as I am guessing that would be your company.
A few other tests you could try:
Rename the folder:
themes/made-to-flourish-base/tribe-events/
to
themes/made-to-flourish-base/disabled_tribe-events/
Using the shortcode in a post instead of a page
Do you have another page template to use?
Let me know if any of these additional tests reveal any different results.
Thanks

MemberHello Pim
When I tested this locally, it worked using the Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ default WordPress theme. If it is not working with your theme, reach out to their support staff too. Some themes have a set way they need to override theme features.
Please let us know what they say.
Thanks

MemberHello Jess
I’m sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to schedule CSV or ICS files. What is the source of your data? I’m wondering if we can find another creative option to help make this work.
Thanks

MemberHello Tristen
1) The format of the address used for the venue seems to be the issue here. Sometimes, the only thing that fixes this searching for the venue on Google and using the exact address format found there.
2) Something being off with the Google Map API key. Can you go through this guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
3) As a last resort, could you try latitude and longitude for the venue? https://support.google.com/maps/answer/18539?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=enI am hoping one of these options will get you correct results.
Thanks

MemberHello Rance
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website. This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.
Finally, there is JQuery cookie issue in the Google Chrome console, so I suspect there is indeed some conflict on that installation. Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors
