MemberHello Gary
That does sound like a problem. Can you start by going through the Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/. It seems like this might be a plugin or theme conflict issue.
What browser were you using when experiencing the grey wheel?
Thanks

MemberHello David
I’m sorry for the confusion. Can you go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? Disable all other plugins, use a default theme like Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and try deactivating and then reactivating your license for Event Aggregator, before turning everything back on.
Please let me know if that works.
Thanks

MemberHello Geoff,
I noticed you are using Twenty Eleven theme and tested with this myself. I was able to reproduce this bug, so I have submitted it to our developers. You will be notified here when a solution is available.
Until then, here is a CSS workaround:
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance Β» Customize Β» Additional CSS?
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-loop .tribe-events-event-image {
width: 100%;
}
Thanks

MemberHello James
At this time, we do not have that capability.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Michaela
Would you be able to set these events up instead as recurring events? When editing the existing event, rather than ending on the last day, use the Events Series option to set it as recurring. Pick the daily end time, and set it to recur until the end of the camp session.
If you don’t want your shortcode to show all the recurring events, you can set it to only show the first event of the series. Events Β» Settings Β» General Β» Recurring event instances.
Let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Phillipp
Can you try testing this by following our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I’m curious if you have a theme or plugin conflict creating this result.
I hope we can quickly narrow down what the source of this problem is.
Thanks

MemberHello Menno
Can you check your settings at
Events Β» Settings Β» Imports Β» Event Update Authority. Select Do not re-import events. Changes made locally will be preserved.
This is happening because your Event Aggregator settings are likely overwriting the original on every import.
Does this fix the issue for you?
Thanks

MemberHello Michelle
I was able to see events in the Los Angeles region at http://nerdoutapp.com/calendar/?action=tribe_geosearch&tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=map&featured=false&tribe-bar-geoloc-lat=34.0522342&tribe-bar-geoloc-lng=-118.2436849&tribe-bar-geoloc=Los+Angeles&tribe_geofence=50.
I started at http://nerdoutapp.com/calendar/, searched for the city of Los Angeles, and then set the distance to 50. Are you able to reproduce these results too?
Thanks

MemberHello Jean
I’m sorry this is happening. I’d like to double check, have you installed The Events Calendars first, before installing Events Calendar Pro?
Also, have you tested disabling all other plugins and using a default theme while trying to install? Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.
Thanks

MemberHello Ruben
The ability to export attendees is available in our free Event Tickets plugin.
The ability at add custom fields as well is in Event Tickets Plus. If you plan to sell tickets to your event, you’d need an ecommerce plugin as well. We currently support WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP eCommerce, andΒ Shopp.
Do these solutions work for you? Are there any features of Events Calendar Pro that you are needing?
Thanks

MemberHello Joanne
We do not have a tracking feature built in. You might be able to determine some of this with Google Analytics, or extending it further with Google Tag manager: https://www.google.com/analytics/tag-manager/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
I’m sorry that is happening for you.
Have you gone through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if this same thing happens on a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, or with all other plugins disabled.
Thanks

MemberHello
I believe the events are sorted by the end dates, with the furthest in the future displaying first.
You can check out Advanced Post Manager https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-post-manager/ that offers additional sorting options on your Events in the dashboard.
Let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
Thanks
