Events Calendar – Category Description

Need to know if its possible with either the free version or the paid pro version to have the event catergory description visible when someone clicks on the event.
Currently when adding the category, it says this:
The description is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it.
(We use the Avada theme.)

Also we do have a developer so if we need to add some code, would appreciate some advice.

I’d suggest starting by installing The Events Calendars (free) on your site and viewing a category.

Avada does provide some support for The Events Calendar, as they’ve done a good deal of custom integration with it. https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/how-to-use-the-events-calendar-with-avada/

If after testing, you find that you need to customize your category listing further, refer your developer to our Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ as a resource.
