MemberHi Jeff
For overriding related customizations, we recommend starting at the Themer’s Guide. You’ll be finding the file you want to edit and adding a copy of it to a folder within your theme. This will ensure you do not lose your settings when you run plugin updates.
Do you need any other help?
Thanks

MemberHi Christa
The “Other URL” option refers at this time only to importing from other sites using The Events Calendar. We are hoping to expand that coverage in the near future.
We do have an .ics upload file option, or an iCal url option. Would either of these work for you?
Thanks

MemberHi Kevin
I took at peak at http://cincinnaticathedral.com/event/social-advocacy-sundays-10/2017-09-10/ and noticed you are missing the add to calendar options that we support (Google & iCal). When you visit our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/event/writespeakcode-work-night/2017-08-31/, you should see how this is normally displayed.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Joseph
You can take a look at the front end of Event Tickets Plus at our demo site:http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/.
We do rely upon WooCommerce to handle the payment processing, but you can compare the features of each plugin to determine what best fits your needs.
Is there anything else I can do to help you?
Thanks

MemberHi Peter
I’m so sorry about the mix ups. Filter Bar is it’s own plugin.
To downgrade your license for Events Calendar Pro, please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.
On http://wpshindig.com/events/, the 2nd bar down is the Filter Bar. It is a separate purchase. The top bar is what comes with Events Calendar Pro.
Thanks

MemberHi Jesse
Using Event Tickets, you are able to create RSVPs and determine if users see other attendees. It is a free plugin, so check it out.
We do not have a sort by location per se, but you can test out Events Calendar Pro‘s map view at http://wpshindig.com/events/map/. Users can search for events in their region using the top bar.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Steve
Our shortcodes ( Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes ) come with Events Calendar Pro specifically.
Is there anything else I can do to help you?

MemberHi Kynan
Unfortunately, we do not have an easy route to directly replicate that page. Weโre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms. However, if you are code savvy, you might want to take a look at the Themer’s Guide to start customizing this yourself.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHi there
Because the number of events displayed on this page is a function of your theme, I am going to suggest you reach out to your theme developers for support. I wish I had a better suggestion to offer. Please let us know what they suggest.
Thanks

MemberHi Florian
At this time, we don’t have a way to filter exactly as you envision. Have you tried filtering by venue with Advanced Post Manager.

MemberHi Eric
I’d like to test this further. Can you provide me with the Google Calendar link, and let me know if it has the punctuation marks in it?
Do the events failing to import display initially in the preview?
Thanks

MemberHello Lasse
Weโd be happy to help sort that out for you.
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.
Our email support can share what documentation would work.

MemberHi Anthony
Right now you have 1 agency license which is $299 initially and renews at roughly a 10% discount annually. You have met the limits of that license with 10 domains plus a localhost staging domain. Unlimited is the next tier up at $750 (less $300 in your case as you upgrade from agency). You could gradually increase, depending upon how many sites you take on. If you are adding just 1-3 in the near future, personal or business licenses would fit your needs. If you plan to add more than 4, then yes, upgrading your single agency license to unlimited would make more sense.
Does that help?
Thanks

MemberHi Kathleen
The best work around I could offer you is to use some filters in a widget. Widgets don’t have a way (yet) to filter for featured events only. However, if you add that as a tag, you could display only the events with that tag, and limit it to 1 event exclusively.
[tribe_events_list limit="1" tag="featured"]
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/#event-list-shortcode
Would that work for you?
