Error in Importing via "Other URL"

I purchased Event Aggregator today in order to keep my website updated with the latest events from my Scheduling Software.
My scheduling software creates an .ics URL link, and that gets refreshed on a regular basis with the new events.

I am using the “Other URL” option, and pasting in the URL/Link generated by my software. I schedule it to import daily. However, after hitting preview, I get an Error that says it can’t import events.

Can you please help??

Hi Christa

The “Other URL” option refers at this time only to importing from other sites using The Events Calendar. We are hoping to expand that coverage in the near future.

We do have an .ics upload file option, or an iCal url option. Would either of these work for you?
