MemberHi Jesse
http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/ might help. This is our demo site. There you can see others that are attending.
Weβre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourΒ Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms. However, this is a code snippet others have used to display that information differently.

Is there anything else I can help with?
Thanks

MemberHi Kevin
It’s unlikely you’ve added this code anywhere, but here are our steps for removing those export buttons: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/remove-ical-and-google-calendar-links-from-single-event-view/
Do you have any other customizations in place on your site related to our plugins? I wonder if something in there might be hiding it.
Thanks

2 more troubleshooting steps to check:
Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
The second troubleshooting step:
Can you check for Javascript errors? Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors?

MemberHey there
I see you are using the Enfold theme. They have built in custom integration with our plugin that impacts how your list view is displaying. If you compare it to WP Shindig or any default Twenty _______ themes on WordPress.org, you’ll see the list view you are expecting. To modify that layout, I’d suggest reaching out to Enfold to see if they have a suggestion to revert to the expected list view.
To display past events in the list view, see what my colleague Geoff shared to achieve this: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-can-we-display-the-past-events-on-the-main-list-page-below-the-current/#dl_post-824846.
Finally, to handle showing the sidebarm, test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events Β» Settings Β» Display Β»
Default stylesheet used for events templates
& Events template.

Please do keep in mind, these suggestions apply to expected displays of the list view. I’m not sure if they will work the same with Enfold.
I look forward to hearing how this works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Cody
It sounds like you’ve found a limitation of CSV imports (comma separated values). Unfortunately, the source of the data needs to have each tag separated by a comma.
To see more of an example on this: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/.
You could omit the commas in your source data and then go to Events Β» Tags and rename them after the import.
Please let me know how this goes.

MemberHi Lindsey
That does sound more efficient. We do not offer a simple solution for this. I’d encourage you take a look at https://wordpress.org/plugins/printfriendly/. This will strip away unnecessary information on printed pages from your site. Please let me know if this works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Shaun
That doesn’t sound good. Let’s see what we can do.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

MemberHello AnnMarie
I’d love to help clear things up. When I visited the single event listing and home page, I was unable to to see the event displaying until August 24. Can you send me a screenshot of this happening? I’d like to take a closer look.
Also, what time zone is your website set in? Settings Β» General
And what time zone are you in?Thanks

MemberHello Mandy
I visited you link and saw the events showing in the expected order, with nearest dates appearing at the top of the list and further dates appearing at the bottom. This is the same as how our demo site http://wpshindig.com/events/category/tech-meetups/list/ appears as well.
Are you getting a different result?
Thanks

MemberHello Timppa
Thank you for that heads up. I’ve shared the information with our team. People who purchase that product would not receive updates or support from The Events Calendar team.

MemberHi Jesse
When you create an event or if you have enabled event tickets to work with posts/pages (Events Β» Settings Β» Tickets Β» Post types that can have tickets) you will see the tickets option like I have:

Just note that you will only have the RSVP option with Event Tickets, while the WooCommerce option displays if you have Event Tickets Plus and WooCommerce installed (though we also work well with Easy Digital Downlaods too).
Does that help to clarify this? Is there anything else I can help with?
Thanks
