MemberHey there Peg
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Avada does integrate nicely with our plugins. Just keep in mind that they relocate many of our settings and override our styles for things like the /events page. Usually these are non-issues.
https://theeventscalendar.com/compatible-themes-the-events-calendar/ has a bit more information on our compatibility.
Event Tickets will integrate for free directly with Paypal using the “Tribe Commerce” settings. If you want more robust features, Event Tickets Plus is our premium option. It would require that you also install an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionโs features and payment gateways. Both of these systems integrate with Paypal.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there
Glad that was an easy fix! I’ll close out this thread, but do let us know if you run into future issues.

MemberHi Marianne
Unfortunately, to include something like the price, you’d need to customize the RSS feed.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/customize-rss-feed/ can get you started with this.
Do check out the explanation on why these fields aren’t included in RSS from that article:
Important Note:ย RSS feeds do not offer support for event fields (like start and end times), and probably never will. The following event fields are based upon aย draftย RSS event specย that was last updated in 2002.
Is there anything else I can help you with?

MemberHey Dan
Unfortunately, We do not have any booking features, nothing really comes close to it either. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can vote for it at https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3695679-bookings-plugin-or-feature.
Event Aggregator is able to import .ics/.ical files, which is what Outlook exports.
Events would display on your site, but again, we don’t have a solution truly for bookings.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey David
It looks like there are a few updates available to your plugins. Can you start by updating those, then checking again if the issue happens?
After updates, does this same thing happen when you disable all other plugins except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro? And if you do this while using a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?
For reference, https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-google-maps/ might have some help.
Thanks

MemberHi Marrianne
I believe what you are looking for is already included in Event Tickets. Take a look at the image on our tutorial page at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/rsvps/#publish-accept.
You can see the number of tickets available under the dropdown to select quantity of tickets.
Does that help clarify?
Thanks

MemberHey Tom
Hi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you. That said, a quick pointer is to click on the “Previous Events” in the top left corner of your events page. It will go back a month in time to display events. See https://wpshindig.com/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past as an example.
We also have this snippet available if you’d like to customize the display further: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/show-past-events-in-chronological-order/
For now, that’s all the help I can offer in the pre-sales forum.
Thanks again

MemberHey Christian
I’d suggest using the category option in your events editor screen at the right side. List the towns as categories. Then using the shortcodes I shared above with a category filter, like this:
Full page:
[tribe_events view="month" category="TownNameHere"]
Smaller/sidebar widget anywhere:
[tribe_events_list category="TownNameHere"]
Let me know if either of these work well for you.
Thanks

MemberHey Rita
Filter Bar is a different product than Events Calendar Pro.
So sorry for any confusion.
You can see both in action on our demo site at WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/. Filter Bar is the 2nd row at the top.
Thanks

MemberHi Andrew
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/.
Are you using Events Calendar Pro and which shortcodes are you trying to implement?
