ParticipantWe have a site in development at http://cogentdev1.wpengine.com
I have the free Events Calendar plugin and the Event Tickets Plus plugin on the site.
Shortcodes for plugin are not displaying anything on the pages.

MemberHi Andrew
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/.
Are you using Events Calendar Pro and which shortcodes are you trying to implement?
Thanks

ParticipantCourtney,
I am only using the free version of Events Calendar plugin right now. Not going to buy PRO if I can’t get it to work on the theme we are using for this client. I have purchased Event Tickets Plus.
I have already gone through the two links for shortcodes that you have suggested and that is why I contacted support.
I have one page built right now at http://cogentdev1.wpengine.com/emr-course/. On the right there is a column title “Current EMR Course Offerings” and under that is a Raw HTML widget with the shortcode [tribe_events view=”list”] and another one with [tribe_events_list]. Neither is displaying events. And it is not because there are two shortcodes on the same page as I already tried it with just one or the other.
Eventually, this will need to be a shortcode narrowed down to a specific category, but I have not gotten there yet, because the most basic shortcode is not displaying.

ParticipantI purchased the license to Events Calendar PRO and the shortcodes work. I did not realize that the shortcodes required the PRO version. Thank you.
