MemberHi Alex
When a user clicks through to a single event, they will see a Register button that redirects them to Eventbrite. http://wpshindig.com/event/eventbrite-tickets-demo-event/ is an example of that. Does that make more sense?
Thanks

MemberHi Barak
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
However, I’d like to first see what we can narrow down. Did your other Posts display correctly? Do events using just Event Tickets work?
Have you gone through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin conflict elsewhere.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Robert
I checked in with our developers who pointed me at this as a starting point:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/edec7dff1e2d92333682759d0b8de7de
Add this snippet, minus the start and end of PHP, to either your child themeโs functions.php file or use the My Custom Functions plugin.ย (Removing the PrintFriendly code)? I hope this way works.
Thanks

MemberHi Lukas
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ has the starting point on customizing this further. Specifically, you’ll want to modify the widgets/list-widget.php.
Weโre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms.

MemberHey Michelle
Our Event Aggregator server, which processes the imports before they reach your client’s site, was down as part of Dreamhost’s DDoS attack yesterday. We did push an update out for The Events Calendar last evening, which hopefully addresses some of this issue. Can you check for that update and see if the issue persists?
Thanks

MemberHi Max
Out of the box, The Events Calendar won’t work as you envisioned. However, with Events Calendar Pro, you can use shortcodes to display week and day views: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/. Ex:
[tribe_events view="week" date="2016-08-21"]
Is there anything else I can help with?
Thanks

MemberHi Greg
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar-category-colors/ is a 3rd party plugin, so we can’t really do much for support on that. However, I’m wondering if you’ve tried a shortcode containing multiple categories as an option.
Ex:
[tribe_events view="list" categories="barbecue, chicken, lunch, summer"]
Would that be an alternative for you?
Thanks

MemberHello Barak
I’m sorry that is happening. Do other standard “Posts” display the body content as well? Does this happen if you are using just Event Tickets?
It sounds like Beaver Builder is loading in just the title & meta without the content. We are limited in our theme support, but thoroughly test our plugin with the default themes, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/. Would you happen to know if anyone in the Beaver Builder community has had a similar issue? Do they have any help files on hand?
Thanks

MemberHi Lukas
You’ll want to start at Events ยป Settings ยป Display and change the Date with year option I believe. The official guide to modifying how these are displayed is located at https://codex.wordpress.org/Formatting_Date_and_Time. You’ll notice the day of the week is represented with the letter “l”, and the full month name with the letter “F”.
If that doesn’t work, you can customize the widget display further by going to the Themer’s Guide to create a custom override that won’t break when plugin updates happen.
Let me know if the first option works out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Rebecca
I see that you have your license activated on http://www.humanesocietyofsedona.org. Is this the domain reporting an error about being out of installs?

MemberHi Sam
Our plugin creates custom post types labeled “Events” – like posts/pages. I know many of our clients also have Yoast SEO installed and have minimal issues with that. We do use JSON-LD markup on our single event pages. What other SEO related questions do you have? What features are you looking for?
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
You are correct that Dreamhost’s DDoS was a factor in the issues you noticed. The way that Event Aggregator works is that event data is parsed on our server before being fed to your site. There are no options without the EA Server for imports except .csv files, which is available without an Event Aggregator license.
The code for Event Aggregator and license resides in your The Events Calendar plugin itself.
That said, are you still noticing issues? In over 6 months of working with Modern Tribe, I can say yesterday was the very first time I’ve seen this issue happen. I am hoping it’s a rare to non-existent issue in the future.
Thanks

MemberHi
https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/tree/master/src/resources/css should have the CSS files you are looking for. Please review the Themer’s Guide though to prevent any plugin update issues.
Thanks
