MemberThanks Robert.
Can you go through the settings on Printfriendly and review how to enable the button on your pages? If you want this only on your /Events page, you will need to add it via the Themer’s Guide to the view of your calendar.
This is a bit beyond our scope, so I can’t really walk you through that customization much, but would be happy to proofread any code you share.
Thanks

MemberHi Ariel
Did you start a new email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com (fixing the [at] [.] and spacing issues? That message you received should only appear if you tried responding to the forum and should not appear when you send an email to the corrected address.
Thanks

MemberHi Art
I do not see a license key associated with Jennifer’s email or the domain name. Can you log in to the site, go to Events » Settings » Licenses to see the license? Send it as a private reply.
If the previous developer purchased the license themselves, then a new license will be needed.
Thanks

MemberHi Alex
The minimum needed to achieve your request is The Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro and Eventbrite Tickets. This will allow Events » Import to import from Eventbrite, or for you to push new events from your site to Eventbrite.
We do not have a “book now” solution unfortunately.
You might want Filter Bar but it certainly isn’t required to achieve the goal of connecting events with Eventbrite. To be clear, it is the 2nd bar on http://wpshindig.com/events/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Robert
Can you send us your System Info? Just wondering if you’ve installed the PrintFriendly plugin on your site.
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations or 3rd party integrations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Thanks

MemberHello
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).Â
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberThat is odd Lauren. I’m sorry that is happening.
Because it seems to be a theme conflict, have or can you reach out their support as well? I wonder if it a known issue on their side?
Thanks

MemberHey Philip
I’d suggest doing the new WP in a subfolder, or some other staging method. This will give you a little time to be sure everything is working and displays as you’d like. Activate Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus (with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads).
Please keep me posted how this progresses. We’re so happy to have you here.
Thanks

MemberHi there
Let’s start with the list view. That really should be working.

Next up: CSS
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- Typically, don’t change the theme or plugin’s css files, they will be overwritten on updates. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
I’m not completely clear on what you would like to edit with calendar pages. Did you want to edit the content of individual events? That would be under Events » Events. Your theme may provide additional integration that goes beyond what we offer with our plugins that could allow you to modify the layout. I’d suggest checking in with them. Beyond that, we’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. But, you can take a look at the Themer’s Guide to create custom overrides.
Thanks

MemberHi Becky
I’m so sorry for the delayed response.
In this situation, I’d suggest that you purchase 3 unique licenses for Event Aggregator . Event Aggregator has a limit of 10 unique addresses for the install to function properly.
You can expand each of the licenses to fit the number of imports you schedule daily.
Does that make sense? Can I help with anything else?
Thanks

MemberHi George
That is actually a function of your general WordPress settings. Can you go to Settings » General » Week Starts On (at the bottom of the page) and select Sunday. Then hit save and refresh your calendar. Let me know if that fixes the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi Kelli
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
However, I went looking for any support threads you might’ve opened to help figure out what about our plugin didn’t work correctly. I’d really love to help you through any conflicts. Can you share what didn’t meet your needs?
Thanks
