Transition to Event Tickets Plus from another system

Hi there,
I’m just looking for some advice. We have an active site with a different event booking system. When I was initially testing out ETP on the same site, I created a conflict with the current booking system.

Any suggestions for the best way to setup ETP in the background?

I was toying with the idea of creating a new installation of WP in a subfolder, or just posting a notice that the booking system is offline for a day while I create all the events in ETP…

Hey Philip

I’d suggest doing the new WP in a subfolder, or some other staging method. This will give you a little time to be sure everything is working and displays as you’d like. Activate Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus (with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads).
