Licenses, installs, and going round and round

I’m getting 404 errors I cannot fix. I am told my license key has no more installs. I fixed that and now it is telling me my license key is invalid. I’m not a programmer. I have no more time to spend on this. Is there anyone who can help? If not, is there an alternative to Events Calendar Pro? I am at my wits end.

I see that you have your license activated on http://www.humanesocietyofsedona.org. Is this the domain reporting an error about being out of installs?

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
