Can you share a link to your calendar and tell me a specific event that isn’t working? I’d like to go check that out.
Thanks

MemberHi Jenn
I am awaiting your response to the last message in order to better troubleshoot the issue.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Mitchell
Thanks for the link again. Is this the new install you referred to? Do you still have that test site available? If so, can you send the System Info for just this test site?
In the meantime, I will ping a developer about the “Next” issue.
Thanks

MemberHi Victor
Can we try the simple way to troubleshoot this first? Go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses and remove your Events Calendar Pro license and save. Then add it back and save again to activate.
Also, the System Info that was shared when this thread started may be out of date by now. Can you confirm that you’ve run all available updates in your site?
Thanks

MemberHey Troy
When the issue is as widespread as our most used plugin and the conflict occurs because of WordPress core, well – I’m impressed at just how fast our devs were able to ship as well! They were racing into action as soon as we detected that. That could’ve been a much more widespread issue, but I think we caught most of our users ready to update at the same time they updated WP core and hopefully slipped under their radars for issues.
Thanks

MemberNo worries Andri, the WordPress core update threw quite a few plugins for a loop and I was impressed how quickly teams raced to release a hotfix.
Thanks

MemberGreat Clement! So glad we got that fixed up right away for you.

MemberHello Fation
I believe you are having the same issue that we crossed with a recent WordPress update. We issued an update to The Events Calendar last night to address that. Can you run that update to 4.5.12.3 and see if the issue resolves itself?
Thanks

MemberHi Anthony
Can you share your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ with us? It would help me to troubleshoot your site’s settings.
Until then, here are a few tips we can check.
What do you have set at Settings Β» General Β» Timezone?
At Events Β» Settings Β» General Β» Timezone (at the very bottom), please update timezone data.
At the same General tab, please also scroll up to End of day cutoff and review the settings there.
After these tests, please let me know if events appear as you’d expect.
Thanks

MemberThanks Mike, I’m happy that it is working again!

MemberHi Clement
So sorry about the conflict. Last night our team announced The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3 is now available, which resolves an issue related to the display of events in the default Month View. This issue (https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/41496) was introduced with WordPress version 4.8.2 and impacts all previous versions of The Events Calendarβall users are encouraged to update as soon as possible. No other changes were made to any other areas of the plugin, and we apologize to anyone who might have been affected by this issue.

Please update and let us know if this resolves your issues.
Thanks
