Can you share your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ with us? It would help me to troubleshoot your site’s settings.
Until then, here are a few tips we can check.
What do you have set at Settings » General » Timezone?
At Events » Settings » General » Timezone (at the very bottom), please update timezone data.
At the same General tab, please also scroll up to End of day cutoff and review the settings there.
After these tests, please let me know if events appear as you’d expect.
