MemberHi Mark
Those are settings within your theme actually. You should be able to override the layout some. Test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events » Settings » Display »
Default stylesheet used for events templates
& Events template.

Please let me know if that resolves the issue for you.
Thanks

Thanks

MemberHi Konstantinos
So sorry this is happening. Can you send along your System Info so we can help diagnose the issue further?
Also, please go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Finally, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Sanjay
Event Tickets Plus is designed to work with our base free plugin, Event Tickets as well as needing an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways. You can see if either of these work with Chase.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Millie
It looks like you might want to install The Events Calendar as well. Event Tickets will allow you to add tickets to posts/pages/events, but you need TEC installed to be able to create an event.
Does this solve the problem for you?
Thanks

MemberHi Marjie
I see 2 different licenses for Events Calendar Pro. Which product did you want to renew?
Thanks

MemberHi Matthew
Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support. I’d like to help you renew your license. Can you tell me what the conflict was?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Steve
https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ has an option to turn off the renewal.
We applied the discount to you and you should see it reflected in your bank account within 5-10 business days.
Thanks

MemberCan you try setting up a freshly installed test site? Use Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ and only add in The Events Calendar and Community Events plugins. If all looks right that way, slowly add in the remaining plugins or themes to see if any of them are possibly the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi Andreas
It looks like http://50aar.islandshest.dk/events/community/tilfoej is missing loading our javascript files. Is there a chance your site may be minifying our plugin scripts?
Thanks

MemberHi Arthur
List view is at http://wpshindig.com/events/list. See the top right corner “view as” to toggle between all of our view types. All are included here. You may have seen additional customizations that some of our clients have made when viewing https://theeventscalendar.com/showcase/.
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. However, we do have a good starting point for those familiar with programming at Themer’s Guide.
For counting views: I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHello Gurdeep
That text is part of our plugin, and does not display on the front of the site. We don’t have a way to remove that text, but you could hide it with some CSS if you’d like. We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberCan we have a link for your test site?
Thanks

MemberThanks Steve
It looks that that is one option within our purchase process. We recently switched from a one time purchase to a subscribe model, as most of our clients want to stay on for ongoing updates and support. To be clear, we do not have your bank info on file already. When you see that Paypal popup, it would be within Paypal’s realm as to what information they have. All that would be held in our system is your authorization to continue billing Paypal annually. I would suggest seeing what information Paypal has with your bank account to address those concerns.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.
Thanks
