MemberHey Lauren,
Yes, Tribe Commerce is a feature of Event Tickets. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/tribe-commerce-paypal/ is our guide to set it up.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/ is our guide on setting up Event Tickets overall.
Just install Event Tickets and get started checking it out.
So sorry for any confusion. I didn’t mention phone support as we do not offer that. Support for Event Tickets is handled on https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-tickets, not here in the help-desk.
Our threads from the help desk do get sent as email notifications back to you, and we are getting close to migrating our help desk to another platform that will also send you email responses.
Event Tickets does email ticketholders a receipt. It’s free so check it out and let me know what you think.
Thanks

MemberHey Mario
Those errors are related to your hosting memory. Can you check in with your webhost to check on your server space?
Can you also share a link to an event several days into the future?
Thanks

I’ll close out this thread for now but let us know if you have any other questions.

MemberHi Karen
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/import-from-feed-or-url/ can walk you through this. Use the “Other URL” to import from the source site.
Let me know how it goes.

MemberHi Moe
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
We have a few other shortcodes for things such as single events https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-single-events-tribe_event_inline-shortcode/
I believe if you purchased Events Calendar Pro and used List View โ [tribe_events view="list"], it’d meet your needs.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Judi
I visited your site and checked the Javascript errors.ย (Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors)
It looks like you don’t have a Google Maps API key activated.ย You can view how to do that at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/.ย
Google recently required that all uses of their maps will need an API key, and that the user must list a credit card on file.ย The service is still free to use the map, but to cut back on abuse, they want a card on file.ย https://theeventscalendar.com/important-google-maps-api-changes/
Let me know if setting your API key resolves the issue.ย
For more help troubleshooting Google Maps, see https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/troubleshooting-google-maps/.
Thanks

MemberHey there
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/ can walk you through a manual update
You could also deactivate the license briefly on the live site (this will not remove data), add it to the staging site, run the updates, and then deactivate it there, and make it live again on the main site.
The plugin will still work if it is activated, but without the license being also activated. All features and functions will continue to work as needed.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Michael
You are correct. We haven’t yet implemented a print option. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can vote for it at
https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/4291175-make-it-possible-to-print-calendarI’d recommend the PrintFriendly plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/printfriendly/ for now.

MemberHey Charmaine
We can get you close, but some customization would be needed on your end.
First, I’d suggest using the photo view layout (Events ยป Settings ยป Display ยป Default view) or a photo view shortcode. See WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/photo.
To make the photo view show everything in the same height: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-photo-view-to-equal-height-grid/
Then https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/adding-a-book-now-button-to-photo-view/#post-1352799 can help you add that buy now button to the layout if you are also using Event Tickets Plus (for the buy now functionality). Additionally, see https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/master/src/template-tags/tickets.php#L169-L178 for exact functions to use.
Finally, when you need to align the title, a bit of CSS can do that. Are you pretty comfortable finding CSS and overriding it?
Thanks

MemberHey there
Unfortunately, we do not have an option for that in the unlimited license yet. We do have an option of reissuing you a new key, which means every connected site would need the new key reentered and activated to work. We are planning to review this feature soon, but I can’t make any promises about it being implemented yet.
Thanks

Thanks for that update. That is a bit of a tricky thing to edit. So glad you found it.

MemberHi there Michelle
So sorry for the confusion.ย We sent an email containing a link to download Event Tickets Plus and the license key.
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Event Tickets Plus plugin.ย Head over to Plugins ยป Installed Plugins ยป Add New next and select the Upload Plugin at the top of the screen. This should be a .zip file.ย If your browser has unzipped the file automatically, please check your browser settings to alter that and try downloading again.
You’ll need to keep the free Event Tickets plugin active as well. Go to Plugins ยปย Add New ยป Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.
After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey Torsten
Thanks for checking that. Next up, can you flush permalinks by going to Settings ยป Permalinks and simply clicking the Save Changes button and try changing the default events template to a different one and see if any changes. Test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events ยป Settings ยป Display ยป
Default stylesheet used for events templates
& Events template.

MemberHey Shell
Can you share a screenshot of what you see at http://mindfulvalley.com/wp-admin.
Are there any plugins that may be installed limiting your access to see other settings/features? Do you have a web developer that might’ve configured something like this?
Thanks
