Managing domains with an Unlimited license

We upgraded from an Agency (10 site) license to Unlimited. With the Agency account we could see all sites that were on the license and deactivate them if we would need to. With the Unlimited license we can no longer see the domains or have the option to deactivate.

Is there a method to deactivate domains if we need to?

Hey there

Unfortunately, we do not have an option for that in the unlimited license yet. We do have an option of reissuing you a new key, which means every connected site would need the new key reentered and activated to work. We are planning to review this feature soon, but I can’t make any promises about it being implemented yet.
