MemberHi Lieneke
Sorry for the confusion.Β You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Event Tickets Plus and the license key.
Can you go to My Account Β» Downloads and download the Event Tickets Plus plugin.Β You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey Daffy
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance Β» Customize Β» Additional CSS?
.tribe-mini-calendar-nav td { background-color: #F59331 !important; }Let me know if that works instead.
Thanks

MemberHey Daniel
It sounds like you might have gotten your issue resolved. Are you still experiencing difficulties?
For importing more than 3 months in advance, head to Events Β» Settings Β» Imports Β» Import Limit Type Β» No Limits. I wouldn’t advise keeping this setting after your initial import as it can hinder your site speed. However, it should work well to get that initial setup done.
Please let me know if I can be of further help.
Thanks

MemberHey Jay
We’re pretty limited in offering support in our pre-sales forum.
The quick answer to your question is to use the “featured images” feature inside WordPress. It should likely be on the right side of your screen. Upload a featured image and you should see it appear in list-view.
Thanks

MemberHi Kiara
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key when you are ready to change the domain name that your license is associated with. No need to wait until then to get started.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there!
The way the dates are formatted is actually a function of your WordPress setup.
https://codex.wordpress.org/fr:Modifier_Date_et_Heure can walk you through the date/time options. See Settings Β» General Β» Date & Time Formatting
You can modify a bit more settings within Events Β» Display Β» Date Format Settings as well.
Let me know if this resolves the issue for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Ruben
I am assuming you are looking at our Event Tickets Plus plugin. It actually requires you to have an e-commerce plugin for now. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
So, if you are already using Woo, I think you’re all set.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Peter
So sorry for all the mix-up. I’d like to help get you going on things.
First, if you want to add tickets to a different post type, head to Events Β» Settings Β» Tickets Β» Post types that can have tickets to select which content types should have tickets available. If you would like to add a different option called “Events”, you could install The Events Calendar. This is our free plugin that creates a custom post type called “Events”.
Does that help clear up where tickets go?
Our best practices for set up can be found in the Event Tickets New User Primer: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/.
We hope to give you the flexibility you want but also get you started with the basics.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Sam
What we can do is to recommend developers that can achieve this for you. Check out our Find A Customizer resource.
Thanks

MemberHi Stefano
Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to achieve that. The cost that shows at the top is the range of all ticket prices of that event. Could you create this event without a ticket?
Thanks
